I ordered a product online through a FaceBook advert. The product was a spray to remove scratches from car paint. There was no mention of currency so I assumed it was NZD. When I received the confirmation I see it is USD, so that was the first unpleasant surprise. I have never received the item or a proper tracking link. When I check on their website it states my order is complete. I also see when I check on my account (which I never signed up for) that I am being charged a monthly subscription of USD 39.47 which I also would never sign up for. Their Live Chat tries to tell me that I signed up for this and was given 7 days to cancel by separate email. I never received this email of course. I will try to get my credit card provider to cancel these charges.
Claimed loss: USD 59.46
Desired outcome: Full refund and to put these guys out of business
