Gamevault review: Why would someone just send $50

I've been denied the ability to cash out... Went to another gamevault agent and they said they could merge my account with new one and I send $20 to load new game and they said they needed cash app tag and email and I refused to give due to that's all that's needed to hack your cash app to get a one time code.. they've also refused to cash out... No where is a viable way to contact anyone to help.. one of them I cashed out $200 and immediately sent $50 back to load another game and they refused to load. After accusation of stealing They started acting like they were me wanting money back... And parroted that I stole from them they going to call police then started asking to meet them... Hard to meet when there using a over seas language translator...
