Quick pay
Paid full amount via paypal within 1 day. Had to pay 5% of my trade to jump the queue though. Traded an Xbox One and 4 games. Prices quoted were much better than Game etc.
Good trade values
I got a good cash value for my trades (PS4 games). Using the QJump option with Paypal I got my money the day after the package arrived with them. There was one small reduction in value to what I was originally quoted (due to a missing manual) which was fair enough.
Awesome place to sell your old games
Used GameXchange a few times to trade in my old games in exchange for new ones and have never had any issue, only had one thing arrive a day later than I wanted it but that was just because of a bank holiday. Trade in prices are great and preowned prices are good too :)

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at GameXchange
So, I went to GameXchange for the first time, right? And you'd think they'd be cool with us teens, 'cause we're the ones buying most of the games, ya know? But man, that lady there was a real smart aleck. I was like, "Hey, do y'all buy games? 'Cause I got one." And before I could even finish my sentence, she butted in and was like, "Hold up, we gotta inspect the game first before I can give you a quote." Like, seriously? I didn't even get a chance to tell her that the game was still all wrapped up, brand spankin' new, never even opened! Ugh, I ain't ever stepping foot in that place again, no way.
GameXhchange: Wicked Trade Prices, On-Time Delivery, and Stellar Customer Service!
I've used GameXhchange a few times 'cause they got wicked trade prices for cash and their online credit, which I can use to buy more sick games and even digital codes.
Every game I've ordered always comes on time and the Customer Service peeps are always super helpful.
They also got a sick selection of Preowned games, including some dope retro Games for wicked prices.
I would and have told all my mates and fam about Gamexchange. They're the real deal, mate.
Terrible Company: Late Deliveries, Messed Up Orders, and Horrible Customer Service
Don't even bother with this terrible company, seriously.
In the last year, I've bought like 30 things from them, and let me tell you, about 90% of those orders were either super late or totally messed up!
Their customer service is a total joke, I mean, seriously, it's like they're trying to make their customers mad on purpose or something!
Sure, their trade-in prices might be a little better than other places, but honestly, it's just not worth it when you have to deal with their horrible service and their whole "Go screw yourself" attitude!
Gamexchange.co.uk: The Ultimate Gaming Solution for Trade-Ins and Affordable Gaming
I've been using Gamexchange.co.uk for a good few years now and let me tell you, they never let me down. They always do exactly what I expect, exactly when I expect it. This place is the absolute bee's knees when it comes to satisfying my gaming needs. The prices they offer for trade-ins are just the best, hands down. I mean, seriously, I've traded in most of my games through Gamexchange and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer.
Using Gamexchange has really helped me keep the cost of gaming down. I can get my hands on all the latest games without breaking the bank. How, you ask? Well, it's simple. I just trade in a game once I've completed it and use the credit I get towards the next big release. It's like a never-ending cycle of gaming goodness, and I couldn't be happier.
I highly recommend giving Gamexchange a go for yourselves. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. They've managed to keep me happy for such a long time, and let me tell you, that's no easy feat. So, don't miss out on what they have to offer. Go ahead and check them out. You won't regret it, I promise.
Terrible Experience with GameXChange: Still Waiting for Payment After 6 Months
This is the worst experience I've had with a game exchange company. I sent my games to GameXChange back in January 2018, and it's been a whopping six months since then, but I still haven't received anything from them. Can you believe it? They even acknowledged that they received my games, but still no sign of my money.
To make sure I got the most out of my games, I decided to use three different game exchange companies simultaneously. Alongside GameXChange, I also tried out Ziffit and Music Magpie. And guess what? Music Magpie was the first to send me my money, and that happened within a couple of weeks. Ziffit wasn't far behind, as they sent me my payment just a few days later.
But here I am, several months later, still waiting for my money from GameXChange. I've been constantly chasing them, but all I get are different excuses. They've told me everything from "we're really busy, give us a couple of days" to "there's a problem with our payment system." It's just one excuse after another, and it's getting really frustrating.
I strongly advise you to stay away from GameXChange. Trust me, it's not worth the hassle. I certainly won't be using their services again in the future.
Warning: GameXchange - Thieves and Scammers! Take Legal Action Now!
Thieves, scammers! They owe loads of people money. Don't even think about buying or trading with GameXchange. I'm telling you, they're bad news!
They'll hit you with the same old excuses. "The system is down" or "we're manually processing payments" or "we've got a crazy amount of customers trading this month." It's all a load of rubbish, mate. They're just trying to buy themselves some time.
If you're stuck in this mess right now, it's time to take legal action. If it's been more than 10 days since they got your item, they're breaking their own rules. And if it's been more than 20 days (they might try to say it "sometimes" takes between 10-20 days), don't waste another second dealing with these scammers. Give Citizens Advice a ring and get some advice on what to do. And make sure you report these dodgy blokes to the Trade Standards Office and the police too.
Unreliable and Frustrating: Avoid this Service Provider
Terrible service, mate.
So, I sent these geezers 5 PS4 games, right? They got 'em and supposedly put the agreed amount in my account, like they said they would.
Now, I wanted to get myself a PSN voucher, innit? Their website clearly says they'll send the code by email, so no need for postage and all that. They even mention that it might take up to 24 hours, especially when they're busy. Fair enough, I thought.
But guess what? A whole week goes by and I still haven't received anything. So, I decided to drop them an email, asking what the hold-up was. And what do I get in response? Some generic apology, saying they're super busy and it's being fast-tracked. Yeah, right.
That was a whole month ago, mate. And since then, I've sent them a whopping 14 emails, and all I've gotten in return are these rubbish copy-and-paste excuses. I'm telling you, it feels like I'm talking to a bloomin' robot or something.
I've already told 'em that I'll be contacting Trading Standards, and I even asked the CAB for advice on what to do next. This is just ridiculous, mate. Avoid these lot like the plague, I'm telling ya.
Delayed Payment and Technical Issues: My Frustrating Experience with GameXchange
I sent off a bunch of my games like ages ago, right? And then I got this email saying "Trade Processed" on the 23rd of March. So, according to their terms and conditions, they're supposed to pay me within 10 working days after that, and in an email they sent me, they said I'd get paid on the 6th of April. But guess what? It's already the 14th of April and my account still hasn't been credited. Can you believe it?
So, I decided to email them again, you know, to find out what's going on. And guess what they told me? The same agent, mind you, said that he forwarded my query to their "payments department" who will look into it and maybe make another payment. Well, five days later and still no payment. Can you believe it? This time, they told me that there's some "technical issue" causing a backlog of missed payments, and the accounts department is trying to sort it out manually. Seriously, what a mess!
Now, I gotta admit, they were always polite and quick to respond to my emails, so I can't complain about that. But come on, this is not how you run a business, right? I mean, they should have their stuff together and not make promises they can't keep. It's just not cool, man.
So, yeah, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with GameXchange. I mean, I just wanted to get paid for my games, you know? Is that too much to ask? I hope they sort out their issues soon because this is just not right.
Terrible Customer Service and Lack of Communication: Avoid GameXchange at All Costs
I bought a PSN code from GameXchange's website on the 4th January. Their website said it might take up to 24 hours to deliver, but they also mentioned that during busy times, I should be patient. So, I thought waiting until the 8th was fair enough. I decided to send them a nice message, just to ask when I could expect to receive it. On the 9th, a guy named 'Ryan' replied and told me that my order should have been issued by now. He also said he passed on my message to the supervisor, who would deal with it URGENTLY.
On the 11th, I sent another message, simply saying 'I have not received it'. And guess what? Ryan emails me back with almost the exact same templated message, saying it would be dealt with urgently. Can you believe it? The same thing happened again on the 13th. I sent my message, and on the 15th, I got a reply saying it would be dealt with - you guessed it - URGENTLY.
I decided to try canceling the order. But, oh boy, I didn't get a reply until the 17th. And guess what Ryan said? "My order would be dealt with urgently." I was so confused because I clearly stated that I wanted to cancel the order, and this reply seemed like a robotic message. Since then, I've sent them 20 messages, and they haven't responded to any of them. I had to contact my Credit Card company (thank goodness I used that) to request a chargeback. But unfortunately, I did lose some of my other money because I gave them old games.
So, my advice to you is DO NOT USE GameXchange.
GameXchange: A Turnaround in Customer Service and Responsiveness
In the past, I had some problems with GameXchange processing my order on time, but it seems like they're back on track now. Let me tell you my story.
Let's go back a few years when I first started using them. At that time, they were really quick, and I would receive my digital codes within 24 hours. However, last year, things changed. It started taking them 7-10 days to process my orders. I was not happy about it, let me tell you.
But this time, and even my previous order from earlier this month, everything went smoothly. However, during my previous order, I did complain about their service via email. I made it crystal clear that they used to be better.
I want Gamexchange to know that I appreciate the fact that they have turned things around. And I want people to know that this review is not fake, alright? If you send them an email and express your concerns, they will actually reply. Can you believe it?
Before, I used to get these annoying template email replies, and let me tell you, they really got on my nerves. Especially when you've been using Gamexchange for a long time, you know? But if you send them an email and just point out what I've said, or even direct them to my reviews (I recently left one on Trustpilot, by the way), they will understand where I'm coming from. And now, I have a lot of respect for them because they turned things around.
So yeah, they're pretty good. But if you have any concerns, just shoot them an email. Don't be afraid, alright? They're actually responsive.
Oh, and just a heads up, I've never actually bought games from them, so I can't really vouch for how good that is. I mainly trade in games and use the credit towards either PSN or Xbox. Works for me, you know?

Warning: Unethical Practices and Theft Allegations - A Personal Experience
Everyone is right when they say this company is a bunch of criminals. They're just a bunch of thieves, plain and simple. I dare them to take me to court and prove me wrong.
Beware of GameXchange: Fraudulent Company Taking Orders but Stopped Trading
So, I gotta tell ya, this GameXchange company, man, they ain't no good. They done gone and stopped trading, but they still out here takin' people's orders. Can you believe that? They just takin' folks' money and runnin' off with it. It's a real shame, I tell ya.
Now, listen up, my friend, you gotta steer clear of this site. I mean it, avoid it like the plague. They need to shut this whole thing down and get them fraudsters reported to the police. It's just not right, ya know?
I mean, who does that? Who stops trading but keeps takin' orders? It's downright sneaky, if you ask me. They're playin' with people's hard-earned cash, and that's just not cool. It's like they don't care about us regular folks tryin' to have a good time with our games.
So, take my advice and stay far away from GameXchange. Don't let 'em take your money and leave you high and dry. Find yourself a legit company that actually cares about its customers. Trust me, you'll be better off in the long run.
And hey, if you've already fallen victim to these scammers, don't fret. Report 'em to the police and let 'em know what's goin' on. We gotta stand up against these crooks and make sure they don't get away with it.
Alright, my friend, that's all I gotta say about GameXchange. Just remember, avoid 'em at all costs. They ain't worth your time or your money. Stay safe out there and happy gaming!
GameXchange: A Disgraceful Site with Delayed and Evasive Payment Practices
I gotta say, just like all them other reviews, GameXchange ain't the best when it comes to payin' ya. They'll do whatever they can to avoid coughin' up the cash, and even if they do, it's gonna take 'em a good 2 to 3 months. I'm tellin' ya, steer clear of this site, it's a real disgrace.

GameXchange: A Frustrating 6-Month Wait for Payment, Unreliable and Time-Wasting
I've been waiting for my money from GameXchange for a whopping 6 months now, and let me tell you, it's been a real headache. They keep sending me emails, promising that my payment will show up, but guess what? It never does! Can you believe it? Today, they had the audacity to inform me that one of their staff members has left, which means even more delays. Can you imagine the frustration? I'm telling you, DO NOT USE this company. They're just a bunch of time-wasters.
Disappointing Trade-in Experience with GameXchange: No Communication, No Payment
I sent in a bunch of games to GameXchange for trade-in about 5 months ago. They confirmed that they received the games and said the condition was alright. But after that, I haven't heard anything from them unless I bug them about it. And when I do, they just tell me they're having issues with their invoices. I really regret using them now. I'm left with no games and no money!
Beware of GameXchange: Con Artists Disguised as Professionals
Don't even think about using GameXchange! These guys are total con artists, I'm telling ya. At first, they seem all professional and efficient, ya know? They even sent me a prepaid label to ship my 3 iPhones to 'em. So far, so good, right? They confirmed that they got my phones and even agreed on a fair amount of money I was supposed to get. But guess what? I haven't heard a peep from 'em since then! It's like they vanished into thin air or something. And get this, they have this weird habit of shutting down and then popping back up again. It's like they're playing some kinda shady game, man. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and steer clear of these jokers. Trust me, it's not worth it!
Beware of GameXchange: Scammers Taking Money and Leaving Gamers Empty-Handed
So, I sent all my games to GameXchange, hoping to get some cash in return. They promised me that the money had been sent, but guess what? I still haven't seen a single penny! It's been a while now, and I'm starting to worry. But here's the kicker, folks: turns out, I'm not the only one in this boat. I stumbled upon a bunch of reviews from other poor souls who got scammed too. It's a real bummer, let me tell ya.
Now, I'm not one to sit around and let injustice slide. Oh no, not me! I'm taking matters into my own hands. I'm reporting these scammers to the police, and you know what? I'm even reaching out to their trading partners. I want to make sure no one else falls into their trap. It's the least I can do to protect my fellow gamers from becoming unsuspecting victims.
So, my advice to you is simple: stay away from GameXchange. Don't make the same mistake I did. They might promise you the moon and stars, but in reality, they're just out to take your hard-earned cash. Trust me, you don't want to end up like me, waiting endlessly for a payment that may never come. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable company to sell your games to.
GameXchange Review: Promised Payment Never Received, Ignored Customer Requests
So, I went and traded in this PS4 game and a Blu Ray like 6 weeks ago, right? They told me it usually takes 10 working days to get my cash, but they said to wait for 20 working days this time. Well, guess what? I still haven't gotten my payment! And get this, when I asked them to cancel the order and give me back my stuff, they just stopped responding to my emails! Can you believe that? It's like they vanished into thin air or something!
I ain't the only one dealing with this nonsense, though. I heard a bunch of other folks have reported them to Trading Standards too. Seems like they've been pulling this stunt on a lot of people. Can't say I'm surprised, really. I mean, who does business like this? It's just plain shady.
I'm telling you, GameXchange ain't no good. They promise you one thing, but then they don't deliver. And when you try to get your stuff back, they just ignore you. It's a real headache, let me tell ya. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.
So yeah, I reported them to Trading Standards, just like many others have done. Hopefully, they'll get what's coming to them. It's about time someone put a stop to their shenanigans. Don't waste your time with GameXchange, folks. Find somewhere else to trade in your games and movies. Trust me, you'll thank me later.
GameXchange: Scammers with Empty Promises and Generic Responses - Don't Expect Payment!
These guys at GameXchange are a bunch of scammers, just like everyone else says. I sent my stuff in and got emails saying they received it and all, but it's been a whopping 8 weeks now and still no payment. I've reached out to them so many times, but all I get are these generic emails from some guy named Ryan. I mean, seriously? Can't they at least come up with something more original? Anyway, I'm not giving up on getting my money back, even though it's not a huge amount. It's the principle that matters, you know? But honestly, I don't have high hopes for a positive outcome.
Warning: GameXchange's Payment Nightmare and Potential Financial Collapse
It took me a whopping 6 weeks, countless emails, and even the threat of legal action just to get my payment from GameXchange. I tried reaching out to them through email and various social media platforms, but they completely ignored my attempts to contact them.
After doing some digging, it seems like this company is facing some serious financial troubles. They haven't even bothered to pay their own company accounts, which is a major red flag. It's highly likely that they'll go under in the near future, so I strongly advise against selling anything to them. You might never see a single penny of payment from them!
