I bought my wife a fur coat in 2007 and told them in 2008 it was tearing. It kept splitting. Then in 2009 we decided it was dry rotted. One of the sales man said they bought another fur store out and some of the coats might have been dryrotted. They made a deal with us and said they would give us another coat comparable to the one we had. Then they said they could only find a coat that was $2K more than the one we previously bought and wanted that amount. I refused and told them to give me my money back. They refused and i took the coat back. I don't know where to go from here. I did tell them i was going to sue them. That was in February. 2010.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
