Gear4music Terrible Customer Service and Defective Products from Gear4music: A Warning to All Buyers

I am tremendously disappointed with the way Gear4music has treated me as a customer. I recently purchased a guitar from them that was warped and had various other defects. I spent nearly ?800 on this purchase, but when I tried to return it, Gear4music forced me to pay for the return and is now refusing to give me a refund. I find this to be a disgraceful way of treating customers who have placed their trust in your company.

Despite having purchased this guitar well in advance as a Christmas present, Gear4music has informed me that I am now outside of their 30 day policy. This policy is a complete joke, especially since I purchased the guitar so far in advance. To add insult to injury, I was told that it could take up to two months to get the broken guitar back. I am not interested in waiting any longer than I absolutely have to. I simply want my money back and I don't feel that is an unreasonable request.

Overall, I highly advise individuals to steer clear of Gear4music. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The sad reality is that I am not the only one who has experienced such poor treatment from this company. I implore you to look at the other reviews that are out there, and to take heed of the warnings that have been given. Trust me, you do not want to use this company.

Gear4music Gear4music.com: Inaccurate Order and Poor Customer Service

I recently placed an order for a Sennheizer HD 25 headphones from gear4music.com. However, upon receiving my order, I realized that I was sent the normal version of the headphones, instead of the limited edition 25 anniversary one that I had been promised. To add to the disappointment, I can purchase the normal headphones for a cheaper price from a store located in my neighborhood.

Not only did the wrong item get sent to me, but I had to wait an extra five days to receive it, despite the fact that gear4music.com claimed to be promoting the limited edition version with yellow pads. This caused me a great deal of frustration and put a damper on my excitement for my new purchase.

To make matters worse, once I contacted their customer service team to communicate my dissatisfaction, it took them a full three days to respond. When they finally did reply, they tried to offer me a measly 10 euro discount. I felt as though this was a cheap way for gear4music.com to sell off their old stock, rather than taking responsibility for their mistake and offering a better resolution.

The customer service representative even suggested that I return the headphones to receive a refund, which would require me to book a DHL pickup and print out their return code. This added more inconvenience and trouble to my already frustrating experience.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience with gear4music.com. Their incompetence has caused me to lose trust in their ability to fulfill orders accurately and provide proper customer support.

Gear4music Disappointing Experience with Gear4music: Delayed Delivery, Unresponsive Customer Service, and Rude Representative

Let me share with you my experience with Gear4music. I came across the website while searching for a keyboard to buy. The website caught my attention as they claimed to deliver the keyboard in just two weeks. Although the price was a bit steep at ?300 as compared to their competitors charging ?250, I decided to go ahead and placed the order believing that a better customer service might be attributed to the higher price.

However, things started getting sour when the delivery date got pushed back twice. I was quite disappointed as I had planned to use the keyboard during a specific event for which I had already made preparations. I immediately contacted Gear4music's customer service representative to inquire about the delay and was told that they could not give me a definite date for the delivery. I then suggested that they should be more conservative with their estimated delivery date, to which the representative seemed unresponsive.

Things got worse when I tried to negotiate a lower price for the continued delay and inability to give a definite delivery date. The representative refused to adjust the price, citing their policies. To make matters worse, my emails were being ignored, and I was not getting any feedback from the customer service department.

I decided to call again and was met with a rude representative who not only cut me off but ended the call abruptly without a resolution. At that point, I had had enough and happily requested that the order be canceled, which was quickly done. To say the least, my experience with Gear4music wasn't as enjoyable as I had hoped, and I would advise anyone considering buying from them to do so with caution.

Gear4music Disappointing Service and Product Quality from Gear4music: A Review of My Experience with Nord Stage Keyboard Purchase

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Gear4music when I purchased a Nord Stage in August 2017. Unfortunately, I have had nothing but issues since then, and my experience has been very frustrating. In April of this year, I had no choice but to return the keyboard due to faulty software issues. After over two months of waiting, I finally received the keyboard back yesterday, only to find that the end panel and front casing were significantly damaged, almost as if it had been dropped during shipment.

To make matters worse, Gear4music informed me that it would take a minimum of two months before they could repair the damage. Throughout the entire process, communication from their customer care team was incredibly poor. Despite calling them several times during the two and a half month wait for my keyboard's return, I never received any helpful information, and I was promised callbacks that never happened.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Gear4music or Nord to anyone else. The poor service and damaged product have left me feeling very let down and frustrated, and I would urge others to look elsewhere for a better experience.

Gear4music Gear4music: Hesitation advised when purchasing music equipment

I recently had an experience with Gear4music that left me feeling quite disappointed. While the delivery process was quick and efficient, I couldn't help but notice that the box my item arrived in had significant signs of wear and tear. Upon further inspection, it became clear that some of the packaged parts inside had been opened and resealed using poor quality celotape--a concerning sign for a supposedly brand new product.

Unfortunately, my concerns were not unfounded, as I soon discovered that the main 8 track I had purchased was missing a button from the third track panel. Despite Gear4music's initial affirmation that the product was indeed brand new, I couldn't shake the feeling that I had been sold something that had previously been opened, used, and then resold at a new price point.

Based on my experience, I would caution others against purchasing from this supplier without doing their due diligence. While their prices may be tempting, it's important to be aware that some of the products they advertise as "new" may actually have a significant amount of wear and tear, or even physical faults like the one I experienced. Overall, while Gear4music's delivery process may be efficient, I would strongly advise anyone looking to purchase music equipment to approach this supplier with a healthy dose of caution.

Gear4music Bad customer service experience with Gear4Music - A cautionary tale for fellow musicians

I am a music enthusiast and like many, I place a great deal of trust in online music stores to provide us musicians with the best range of instruments and equipment at competitive prices. After hearing some good things about Gear4Music, I decided to purchase a Takamine Guitar for ?1099.00 from their website back in October 21.

Unfortunately, upon delivery, I was disheartened to discover that the guitar's accompanying case was damaged. Without hesitation, I returned the guitar for a replacement. Yet, little did I know that this would be only the beginning of my troubles with Gear4Music.

Weeks turned into months and still, I had not received a replacement case. I was told that they did not have any in stock and had no idea when they would. It has now been over three months since I returned the guitar, and to my dismay, I still have not received a replacement case.

In my efforts to communicate with Gear4Music customer service, I received little to no response. It's like banging my head against a brick wall. It is unacceptable customer service. I've noticed on their website that the same guitar I purchased is currently in stock, yet I am still without a replacement case.

After losing patience with Gear4Music's lack of accountability and respect for their customers, I decided to raise a section 75 with my credit card provider. It is regretful that I did not have a positive experience with Gear4Music and would advise any potential customers to steer clear of this website.

In conclusion, I hope that Gear4Music can acknowledge and rectify their mistakes to provide future customers with a much better experience. Their lack of communication, accountability, and delay in replacements is a disservice to musicians everywhere.

Gear4music Gear4music Review: Quality Instruments at Affordable Prices, but Communication could Improve

from Gear4music as I have always found their website easy to navigate and their selection of musical instruments and accessories second to none. However, the delayed delivery of my banjo and lack of information about the delay has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.

Despite this setback, I must say that the quality and sound of the Barnes and Mullins BJ300 banjo that I eventually received is excellent. The craftsmanship of this instrument is evident in the attention to detail given to every aspect of its design. From the resonator to the bridge, every component has been flawlessly constructed to produce a warm and balanced sound.

I appreciate the fact that Gear4music offered this instrument at a reduced price, but I do feel that they could improve their communication with customers. A simple email or phone call to let me know that there was going to be a delay in the delivery would have gone a long way in reassuring me that my banjo was on its way.

Overall, I would recommend Gear4music to other musicians looking for quality instruments at affordable prices. Just be aware that there may be delays in delivery and that communication could be better.

Gear4music Deeply Disappointing Shopping Experience: A Review on Gear4music's Inconvenient Returns Process and Poor Customer Service

The shopping experience with Gear4music was deeply disappointing, marred by an unclear and cumbersome returns process that made it almost impossible to get a refund for a faulty item. With their returns policy leaving much to be desired, it created nothing but inconvenience and frustration. After only one month, the item I purchased developed a flaw and when I reached out to Gear4Music’s customer support, they informed me that they would need to try and repair my item first before sending it back to the manufacturer for further repairs. In the event that the manufacturer is also unable to repair the fault, Gear4music will eventually send you a new replacement. Their operating policy clearly does not take into account the inconvenience this can cause customers when dealing with faulty products.

To my dismay, it took Gear4music nearly three months to confirm that the item was indeed faulty. The process of getting my refund after that was nothing short of a nightmare. Although multiple staff members were involved, none of them appeared to have a clear understanding of how to process a refund. I was handed off to numerous customer service agents who all gave me mixed signals on what was the best course of action to take. Whenever I tried to get clarification or follow-up on my refund status, the responses I received were evasive or unhelpful, leaving me feeling neglected and ignored. While their customer service agents may be polite, their lack of training can make it quite difficult to get the answers you need.

Overall, I would not recommend shopping with Gear4music based on my experience. With their unclear returns policy and less than competent customer service, they made purchasing and returning items a complicated and time-consuming process. I hope that Gear4music can take some time to carefully review their procedures and improve their customer service in order to avoid frustrating and disappointing experiences like mine in the future.

Gear4music Negative Experience with Gear4music: Unreliable Business Practices and Poor Customer Service

My experience with Gear4music was unfortunately a negative one. I ordered a piano for a hefty sum of 3000 Euro, only to be told after payment that the item was not in stock and would not be available until several months later. When I opted to cancel my order, the nightmare only escalated from there. Despite my persistent attempts to contact customer service, I was never able to get a response or even a refund for my purchase.

To make matters worse, Gear4music is not even based in my home country of Switzerland. While they do have a Swiss phone number and website, their lack of communication and disregard for customer satisfaction made my experience feel like a scam. I would strongly advise against using this website for any purchases, as their business practices are unreliable and unscrupulous.

Gear4music Unethical customer service practices lead to a frustrating experience with Gear4music

After going through several reviews of Gear4music, I observed that the majority of them express dissatisfaction with their services. As for me, my experience was no different from the others. In December 2018, I spent nearly ?5000 on some DJ gear from their website. I was excited about my purchase and couldn't wait to get my hands on my new equipment. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived.

After buying the units, they spent over a year in transit between myself and Gear4music (G4M). What's worse is that I didn't receive an apology or an offer of a replacement during this period. It was frustrating, to say the least. As someone who paid a considerable amount of money, I expected better service.

When I thought of the possibility of future faults, I decided to pay for an extended warranty. However, G4M informed me that they couldn't sell me extended cover since I didn't take it out within the first 30 days of purchase. I wonder why they didn't inform me of that at the time of purchase. It left me feeling cheated and at the mercy of G4M.

From my experience, G4M customer service is only great until they get your money. After that, you are on your own. As a result, I have decided never to buy anything from them again. It's really a pity because it's not just the economy that can put a company out of business. It's unethical customer service practices like G4M's that can lead to the downfall of a company. Hopefully, they take note of these negative reviews and make the necessary improvements.
