I just discovered that Best Buy Geek Squad automatically took nearly $500 out of my bank account to renew membership when I had not requested that they do that. I had moved out of state and do not live near a Best Buy so was not planning to renew the Geek Squad. There is another alternative I was investigating. In the meantime. You STOLE my money from my account and jeopardized the utility bills I was going to pay.

I called the number on the bill to complain about this and was told they could not fix it. I had to go into a Best Buy store to fix it in person. Trouble is there is no Best Buy store in the town in which I moved. I want the money restored to my account right away.
I paid my Best Buy bill in full last time, knowing it would be the last Bill from you that I could receive. Now this!
Desired outcome: Please refund the money you took from my bank account immediately. I would appreciate a timely response to my email.
