UPS attempted to deliver a GPU I had ordered from the EVGA website
UPS attempted to deliver a GPU I had ordered from the EVGA website. I was not at home at the time and because of EVGA's overly strict rules regarding when and where their products can be delivered, I now have to wait 2 extra days for UPS to attempt to deliver the product that I bought and paid for to be delivered. I AM THE CUSTOMER. Why can I not decide to have UPS hold the package at their facility? It's a GPU. IT'S NOT NUCLEAR SECRECTS! Drop your strict delivery rules. You have lost a customer in me.

I used to love EVGA but after my last debacle with their rebate system I am done with them. I have had good experiences with them and their rebates in the past but they have made it so poor with submitting them. They rejected mine after I put all the documentation and told me they sent me a letter in the mail. Of course this is done to take the longest amount of time as possible so that they can tell you that it his been too long and they cannot do anything. The process is setup to scam the user. Shame on you EVGA.

Great products but absolutely horrible customer service
Great products but absolutely horrible customer service. Accidentally purchased something I dont need because the continue button on their website apparently means confirm purchase. No cancel order option anywhere so I emailed them immediately, before I even received a confirmation email, and was told it was too late that the order had been confirmed. When I explained that I had sent an email to cancel before I ever received a confirmation of the order they told me that they cant read the emails as soon as they come in. So now Im stuck with some random $12 cable and *** off at a company Ive spent thousands of dollars buying graphics cards from. Good job EVGA you lost another customer

EVGA used every excuse they could muster to deny an RMA claim 1 year into a 10 year warrantied item, using "Bitcoin Miners" as an excuse to completely disregard their own displayed warranty policies. This is discrimination and is falsely labelling the entirety of their customer pool into the "bit miner" category to seemingly alleviate their warranty responsibilities. The agent was highly rude, unprofessional and snide. My issues were disregarded, and they're giving multiple warranty results for the same item. I feel I have been wronged, as I purchased this unit under the good faith that a 10 Year Warranty (on the box) would keep my computer operational for the foreseeable future. They changed to a 90 day warranty behind closed doors, and that is not at ALL acceptable.

EVGA sells extended warranties for up to 10 years
EVGA sells extended warranties for up to 10 years. After a few years the cards - some of which retail for $700+ - are no longer made and this company tries to send low end used junk to replace your high end cards with. They also charge your credit card the original retail amount of the high end card and then proceed to send cards worth $100 on the used market (and are used themselves with dried out thermal interface material and in obviously used and poorly "recertified" condition). They claim to use "performance" (never the performance of the customer's use case, their "gamer" benchmarks that often are vastly boosted by using newer CPUs to run these "performance tests") to replace your high end card with used junk. Then if you try and escalate they use language like "this is not a request service" and pull authoritarian no negotiation even if you can prove their performance claims are a fiction. Then when you want to undo these terrible RMAs they keep your money hostage and dont make it easy to back out of this "bad deal"

This company has horrible products and just as bad customer service
This company has horrible products and just as bad customer service. I purchased a evga rtx 2080 ti xc ultra in November . Within 3 months the graphics card broke and I had to send it back to EVGA for a replacement. I was responsible for paying the $50+ shipping cost for the graphics card. I accepted that pill and swallowed it, even though the card should NOT of broken within 3 months of purchase. After two weeks I get my replacement card, fast forward 2 more months, the card is broken again. I contact EVGA's customer support number first thing in the morning and was met with a rude and disgruntled Wai Mac who was annoyed he had to answer a call first thing in the morning. He then proceeded to mumble the rest of the conversation and inform me that I would once again be responsible for the shipping of the graphics card. I informed him that this $1400 graphics card has broken twice within 6 months of purchase and that I should not be responsible for shipping costs since I am not responsible for the production of a faulty product. Ignored, he continued on mumbling that the warranty doesn't cover shipping cost and it was too bad for me. To me, if a companies flag ship product malfunctions for a customer 2 times within 6 months of purchase, they should cover the shipping as a gesture of good will. Hopefully keeping them as a continued customer. But nope, not worth it to EVGA and Wai mac. What a horrible experience, if I could give them zero stars I would. Never buying from them again. I'm going to RMA this card and immediately sell it upon its return,as well as every other part of my computer that has an EVGA logo painted across it.

I spend in excess of 10k$ on EVGA products but I will never buy anything from them again
I spend in excess of 10k$ on EVGA products but I will never buy anything from them again. They used to be a good company but it seems they are now thieves. They want to charge me 322$ to refund a product that I received damaged and covered in thermal paste. I bougth 2 top of the line 3090 rtx from them and a nvlink from them (a whopping 5341$ CAD purchase). I received one of the card covered in thermal paste (a toxic product you should not get on your skin BTW). I got it on my hand when opening it cause I could never imagine I will receive it like this see the pics: https://imgur.com/a/7UGWqYN One of the heatsink blades was also bent. Which leaves me to believe the card was not handle with all the care a 2,461$CAD(including custom and shipping) card should be handled with... To top it off those 2 cards (2 RTX 3090 FTW3 and XC3) can't be linked with the nvlink cause their nvlink connector do not align! So I asked them if they could refund me for the damage card so I can buy a second FTW3 which is a higher price product and I will pay the shipping and difference in price. But they are asking me for 322$ in restocking fee which in my book is just pure theft! Their communication is really bad, you have to resubmit a support ticket each time you want to reply and it seems each time a different person answer. One told me they would do the exchange without restocking fee but the next one said no. And it's not even finished: they shipped the nvlink connector to the wrong postal code (I checked and on my invoice it was the good one) so UPS sent it in another city and I haven't received it yet, I need to call UPS and contact EVGA so they ask UPS to correct the postal code. I am now seeing with my lawyers what I can do to get my money back.

Here is my Email I sent
Here is my Email I sent. "Customer Comment or Question Subject: Shipping Comment: Paid for 2nd day air and now UPS is currently saying my package wont arrive until Monday. Package was ordered at 4:15 AM and was shipped later that day. I feel a little cheated by UPS I know its not your fault but is there any way I can receive a refund on the shipping; since the shipping was 1/5th the price of the product I paid for." Notice I asked for a refund and that I was aware it wasn't their fault but UPS alone. He replies like he never read what I wrote. "Your Answer Hello Please be aware that currently UPS is not guaranteeing any delivery times due to the current climate and very much out of our control and we hope you understand this is not a EVGA or UPS issue, it is a global health crisis issue. We recommend you take this information into account for any future purchases whether it be from EVGA or another company. As UPS will always look for the health and safety of their employees, EVGA will guarantee a package to be shipped the same day it was ordered but once it has left our facility, we cannot be responsible for shipping delays and EVGA is unable to recoup the refund from UPS due to this. Regards EVGA " Notice how he doesn't answer my question in my original E-Mail? Basically makes me think the answer is no because he starts preaching about Pandemic issues as if I have been living under a rock. My issue started when I first purchased from Amazon a 750 W GQ. The PSU I received was crashing my PC (thankfully didn't destroy anything). I E-mailed customer service and asked what would be the best option RMA or Return to Amazon. The person was nice and said Amazon would be fastest route to get a refund. So I did that. Not wanting to get a bad PSU again I thought ordering directly through their website and selecting a faster means of shipping would help me get my item and finish my build with the recent parts I purchased to upgrade a new rig. So understandably I am frustrated to learn that while EVGA had no problems charging me 25.00 for an item that was 115.00. My package was delayed by UPS. I contacted UPS customer service to figure out whats the deal and they said to contact EVGA for a shipping refund. So the email above is that exchange with Daniel their CS Rep. I did reply to his email as he completely ignored my question and I said Bull honkey but with the actual "S" word. I told my wife I am not going to wait for a reply and that I will call and just cancel or refund my order because I saw this as horrible customer Service. First guy I talk to was nice and I was polite back. I get Daniel who already had this annoying/attitude tone in his voice while speaking to me. He appeared to be agitated that I even called. After being cut off multiple times and not able to speak or state any points or how I was feeling about the situation he started his preachy "Its the pandemic, UPS wont refund us" I told him why even offer a 25 dollar shipping option on your website if you know there is a problem with UPS keeping up on the estimated arrivals? This guy literally was the worst customer service rep I ever dealt with. I dont even know why the previous rep I got transferred my call and said he was "escalating this to someone who could help me". All I got was attitude to the point where I started to use foul language, not directed at him but I told him dude you are riling me up and forcing me to use words to express my anger. This man needs to either be fired or be given de-escalation training. Making your customers anger over a simple fix to me is a foolish business practice. This literally all could of been fixed by a simple reply saying they were sorry for my experience. Notice in his email he literally just shifted how this is the pandemics fault, gives no apology over my frustration or situation? Acknowledge your customers question when Replying. Dont give this big speech as if I dont know there is a pandemic going on.

EVGA will not offer warranty support for an item I have purchased from one of their partners, they claim I can not get warranty support since the authorized seller of their products was not supposed to have this Serial number and accused me of trying to scam them, it sounds like a logistics problem inside of the company that they are pushing off on the customer and I am being punished for it for no reason as the company I purchased my item from is authorized to sell EVGA products.

I bought 2 Evga ***ftw cards from Amazon.com in 2018. I am unable to provide my invoice because the email associated with my Amazon account was closed down and there is no way to access the account to get an invoice. Because they claim the serial number says it is a 2016 batch they are unwilling to honor the warranty because of this. These are hard times and I just want the card repaired or replaced with an equivalent. I don't think this is asking a lot and just because a retailer has had stock for a while doesn't mean I don't have a valid warranty claim.

EVGA has a "que" system where you sign up and have to wait a un disclosed amount of time to receive the right to purchase a product due to it being limited supply. As per the agreement you can only get 1 item per SKU number. I signed up for different products with different skus with similar model numbers and now they changed the rules to only 2 of the same model number. I believe this is wrong because i have been waiting 8+ months to purchase these cards as they are for gaming pcs but now can't due to them changing this. If i would've known this i would of changed it to cards that suits my needs more but they didn't allow that option either. I would just like to purchase the cards that i signed up for originally.

I have Owned a GTX 1080 FTW for about a Year and a Half now and Today it Exploded. I attempted to Start my PC and the Card Popped, Cracked Loudly, and Threw a Toxic Smoke that Filled my PC Room. The Smell was Horrid and Left a Filmly Texture on my Lips and Mouth. I have Researched this Particular Cards Malfunctions and Explosions were a Common Occurence. It is Hard for me to Believe that such a Product could Exist. Known to Explode, how could it be allowed to be Sold on the Consumer Marketplace. I am Appalled. I am Glad I was no where near the Device, when it Combusted. I do not know what Danger I could have faced, and I am deeply saddened that I had to experience the event from the lack of warning and replacement from the Manufacturer, who knew this card and possibly others were prone to this effect. It is Unbelievable. I would like to Request a Replacement. I have Cards from 2004 that are Still Functional and Believe the Manufacturer is Responsible for the Cards Combustion

I purchased a power supply from EVGA but the power supply did not come with the essential components to safely operate the device
I purchased a power supply from EVGA but the power supply did not come with the essential components to safely operate the device. Instead, it came with the wrong AC power cable as well as the only one of the 4 SATA cables needed to safely operate the system that are included as standard with any modular power supply. It was a b-stock item with a disclaimer stating items *** not include optional items but only the ones necessary to operate the device. They provided no documentation/warnings about the product regarding its proper use or potential damage that *** occur from improper use. This is not included in the list of things that *** be absent from b-stock items though they claimed I should not have expected there to be any document. The failure to warn and the failure to provide proper components to safely operate the device qualify as manufacturers product liability under the state law. They refuse to help me recover the lost data costing me income for my contracting job.

First, I'd like to thank EVGA tech support for putting up with me and EVGA for having an easy *** process
First, I'd like to thank EVGA tech support for putting up with me and EVGA for having an easy *** process.I had a problem with fan noise and panicked to try to get an *** open while it was still eligible for a new replacement before fully diagnosing the problem. I have since spent about 10 frustrating hours diagnosing and documenting the issue, which apparently EVGA was unaware of, so EVGA wouldn't be testing refurbished units for the problem. Different techs gave different answers saying it was not normal, or misdiagnosed it as various normal fan issues which I have tested to show that it is not those issues. The problem is that the *** replacement has the exact same issues and I can't tell if I got unlucky with two GPUs that happened to have identical defects or if this is a more widespread problem. I'm already not too happy that it sounds like I have to pay out of pocket to return the replacement GPU that didn't actually fix my problem, and still not have my problem fixed. I am especially displeased of the thought of having to open more ***s only to have the same issue and end up paying even more to not have my issue fixed. Repeatedly sending GPUs back and forth is clearly not good for anyone.

I purchased a computer motherboard from EVGA on 11/15 for $589.94
I purchased a computer motherboard from EVGA on 11/15 for $589.94. Since 2013 and as stated on their website at the time of purchase, they have offered an extended warranty for this product. The stated terms were that the customer has 90 days from date of purchase to buy the warranty if the product is registered, which mine was. The stated price was $30 for a 5 year or $60 for a 10 year. There was no stated stipulation that this would change as shown by the archived pages attached. My intention was to purchase the 10 year plan and at time of this writing, I should have about 33 days remaining to do so. I learned, however, on 01/09/2022 that EVGA had changed these terms overnight on or around 1/1/2022 but rather than place these terms on future purchases, they have retroactively imposed the new terms on customers that had purchased before the change. Upon contacting customer service, I was told they could change these terms at any time but this wording had only been added January 1st and was not present before. This is dishonest treatment of their loyal customers. I previously purchased the 10 year warranty for my graphics card only a couple months before at the old terms of $60/ 10 years. I only want a company I had previously so much respect for to honor the advertised terms to previously made purchases. It is entirely their right to alter terms going forward but they should do so in a fair and honest manner. The new terms eliminate the 10 year plan and a 7 year plan is now $96 for my product ($64 for 5 years). I only want what was advertised to me at the time of purchase and for nearly 2 months after.

After a number of months of ownership of this company's product (1080 Ti SC2), the product became clearly, immediately obviously-given-standard-testing defective (black triangles were clearly visible all over the screen during standard "gaming" "sessions," indicating obvious defect). The replacement I was sent (note that I had to pay more than $30 to ship the first item to EVGA for replacement) became defective shortly thereafter (the fans' [one or both] bearings went bad, leading to obviously exceptionally loud, obviously defect-caused noise during the same aforementioned "gaming sessions"). The next replacement worked for a brief period of time, before it, too, developed a persistent fan issue (if memory serves). Upon the replacement of this "card," someone at EVGA insisted that both the first and second card I'd returned were in perfect working order (shifting blame to me, while demonstrating a total failure to properly test cards received). The next replacement was immediately, clearly defective ("artifacts" were present everywhere; it was totally unusable); the subsequent replacement demonstrated the same behavior. Finally, I got one that worked, until that card, too, developed defective fan(s). So, if memory serves, I am now on the sixth card. On all but two, if memory serves, of these occasions, I was forced to pay ~$35 shipping to EVGA. I was never apologized to for any of this highly predictable situation (I'd suggested that sending me a "refurbished" product, the first time, would lead to this--I was right). No offer to compensate me for the money I spent on their failings to provide a product lasting any significant amount of time was made. (I don't know that blaming me for their mistakes is illegal, but it obviously should be, whether or not they fulfilled their legal obligations per the warranty contract.) (In any case, it's pathetic behavior indicative of an utterly dreadful company.)

I have purchased EVGA's power supply unit (***) through their online store (evga.com)
I have purchased EVGA's power supply unit (***) through their online store (evga.com). I needed an upgrade from my existing EVGA Supernova 650W *** to EVGA 1000W GQ power supply to have headroom for the power requirements. I replaced the *** unit only and reconnected the cables that came with the previous ***. The new 1000W *** did not power the computer so I conducted *** diagnosis (paperclip test) and found that *** seemed to behave as expected. Puzzled by this result, I called EVGA's technical support. The technician only blamed that I may have short-circuited some component in my PC and that was why *** was giving issues. I requested a replacement unit but the technician told me that lead time would be 4-5 weeks due to high demand. I instead requested for a refund on the product and decided to purchase a new *** from Amazon. In the meantime, I took the technician's advice of taking all the components out of my system to test where the problem was. In the process, I incurred electrical fire and burned my CPU all in one liquid cooler, solid-state drive, and fan controller. I contacted EVGA support and the following is their response: 'Thanks for the response. The cable you used is for a G1 Power Supply which has a completely different pin out and in the manual for your ***, it states on page 2 in red font not to use cables from another manufacturer or model. This is simply a case of you using incorrect cables that can cause damage to anything that is connected to it and in this case the cooler and drives. Unfortunately, we would not be able to assist in replacing these products due to using the wrong cables. We can still assist with a refund for your *** but we would not be able to cover shipping for a refund due to user error.'I had contacted EVGA support prior to any damage but this cross-compatibility issue with cables and different pin-out was not mentioned. If this issue can cause an electrical fire, they did not do a good job of informing the consumer.
