Greetings from Istanbul. I'm Aysegul Bilgen, an education consultant from Idealist Education Consultancy in Turkey. We are sending students to summer programs in Ecole Des Roches for many years.
As I know the school personnaly for more that 20 years, I'm surprised to see the communication issues with the school, specially with the account department.
We sent our students in summer 2023 and made all payment for them to Ecole Des Roches account and we paid an extra 1000 euros by mistake. We contacted the accounting department by email (about dozen times) and we didn't have any answers. I started calling them many times. The person in charge in the account department (Mme Sophie Guilloineau) answered the phone each time bu she's been keeping me busy for weeks. This issue started in June and they don't pay the amount of 1000 Euros.
Would you please help us to solve this problem as soon as possible?
