I observed that I have an order that was expiring on the 29th October 2023 which started way back in 2019. I contacted Genesis support team so as to get clarity on what will be done when expiry date arrive. I was told that my balances shall be transferred to my wallet but that never happened. I made another attempt and I was told that preparations will take days or weeks because everything must be treated with care and caution.
I'm still waiting and I also don't see anything on my wallet and I'm nearing another month end. Please assist however you can.
