with reference to the above booking, i would like to make the following complaints.
1)
on day November 14, 2024 i received a WhatsApp from juliette, she sent me the train ticket and informed that the guide would meet me at mcdonalds.
on day November 18, 2024 morning, i went to mcdonalds at madrid train station. i shared the map location of the mcdonalds to juliette and asked for confirmation if that is the correct mcdonalds and received no response.
on day November 18 evening, 2024, i received an email (at 6pm) saying two contradicting information about meeting point. the email mentioned two meeting points: one at mcdonalds at Barcelona train station and another one at Puerta de Atocha Restaurante Arrocería, madrid. i too went to the restaurant to sight the venue.
on day November 19 morning 2024, i arrived at the restaurant at about 6:30am and did not see the guide. i immediately contacted care team (Rema) and Rema did mention that there should be a guide at the restaurant. till 7am, i still did not see the guide and went to the train station and boarded the train on my own.
i am very disappointed with your service and this was making my visit very unpleasant.
2)
at the end of the tour, the guide did not accompany us to the Barcelona train station. he ask us to take metro (Metropolitans de Barcelona station) to go to the Barcelona train station at our cost. according to the itinerary, the guide should have accompanied us to the Barcelona station. the tour ended an hour early and i had asked the guide to bring me to the Barcelona train station. but he insisted on me learning how to take the metro to the train station.
i am a foreigner and not familiar with the place. and it is not proper to leave me to take the metro on my own. anyway, he did ask another to take care of me in the end.
3)
on November 16, 2024 i asked for help to buy sagrade familia entry ticket but juliette did not manage to buy the ticker and advised me to buy online. she told me to buy ticket for session 1:15/1:30pm which did not match the itinerary. the itinerary stated that i would arrive sagrade familia only at 16:30pm. i asked juliette about this timing difference and did not get any feedback.
i did not manage to buy a ticket because i am not able to get a confirmation of the time of the ticket to purchase.
Claimed loss: compensation on my stressful , helpless & unpleasant
Desired outcome: Please give a reasonable refund.
