I highly recommend G&G. I was previously given the run-around by a different car transport company and it was a nightmare. However, after the very first call I made to them, I knew I was in good hands. Their customer service and communication are top of the line. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I am well pleased with this Company. Lucas was wonderful and was very helpful and respectful the whole time. He gave me the lowest price and he communicated thoroughly from the beginning to the end. He picked my car and delivered it rapidly. I strongly recommend this carrier to anyone looking for an affordable reliable auto transport.

I found myself in a jam with a car in Kansas and unable to pick it up myself . I received many quotes for this job this company not only had the best price but worked with me thru a few issues to get the job done .the customer service was outstanding and Oscar went above and beyond to make it all happen.

I was communicating with Lucas at G&G transport to help me move a car from AL to TX. Great guy with an excellent customer service. He was able to get my car picked up in less than 24H while I spent 4 days looking for a driver! Made sure to send me pictures of the vehicle at pick up and on the trailer! Hands down Lucas... You're the best. Will definitely use your service again and recommend you to my friends.

Brett from GNG autos was an very helpful individual. He contacted me quite often to inform me that he was working on the best possible pricing for the transportation of our 4 vehicles. He new and kept in mind exactly what my budget was and, what I would and would not pay. He kept in contact with me all the way until the end. I recently ventured into the world of "I need a quote for transporting a car from NJ to CT". I was flooded with emails and text messages non stop. After some research and reading some ComplaintsBoard.com reviews I chose G&G Auto Transport. I was expecting some issues and there were none. From contract to pick-up the service was excellent. The driver was in contact with us on the pick up and drop off times. Adam our rep at G&G was professional and responsive. I don't usually write reviews but thank you G&G for making this an easy part of moving.

I would 100% recommend G&G Auto Transport. A successful experience first time around, A+ service. Pricing was reasonable an transportation was fast so I chose G&G Auto Transport. When I was ready to transport my truck I has several questions and Adam was always available to talk, which gave me peace of mind. When it came time he put me and driver in contact. Again A+ service continued. The driver was professional and delivered my truck from South Dakotah to Idaho without incident, it was that easy. Thank you Adam with G&G AUTO Transport... Never change the way you do business.

Great customer service. They kept me in the loop for every process and step. This was my first time shipping a car so I wasn't really sure if this was the right company for me. But they picked up and delivered the car in a timely manner. They kept me in contact with the driver the whole way. Very professional, I will definitely recommend to everyone, and the price was very affordable compared to other companies that I received a quote from. This company gave me the best bid out of every company I looked at. And had the best ComplaintsBoard.com rating I could find as well. They were 2 days later then expected and charged me 300 dollars more then the original bid. But I kind of expected that due to my location being more rural and reading other reviews. But lucas who was helping me from the beginning was very good at communicating and letting me know about changes and updates. The drivers got here way faster then expected once they picked it up. They were here the next day. If I have to move a vehicle again I'll most likely use this company. Just have a flexible schedule and be prepared to pay a lil more then the bid. Even then I still payed less then other companies bid me. So really I can't complain.

Original communication with this business was fine, until it was time to actually have my car transported. George, the man we were in contact with stated that we would get all information the day before it was time for transport. The day before comes, and we hear nothing. We call, and he says we'll have information by the end of the business day. We didn't. We've been calling repeatedly by now, and George doesn't answer. There should've been no promise of having my car transported if they couldn't follow though. And when they found out they couldn't follow through, the respectful thing would've been to let us know. However, today is the day my car was supposed to be transported, and there has been zero communication. This company is extremely unprofessional, and I would advise everyone to stay away.

My experience was completely HORRIBLE! at first Lucas was good, but then he starting lying to me, and it all went down hill from there. If you're going to promote your service as being good. Stick with that. After I tried to make my complaint, Lucas came back at me being rude. I feel like being an employee. You shouldn't be allowed to talk to your customers like that, he never gave me to his manager, I had damaged on my car I cant prove if it there before or after. They wouldn't send me the pictures they told me they would send I'm the beginning. My car was to be loaded inoperable, Lucas told me that wouldn't be a problem and he would make sure the driver had a winch. Driver never had one, no one told me. Little to no communicating with the driver. They were wanting to charge more cause the extra work the driver put in, that no one asked him to do. Kept saying if anything was going to be a problem to let me know. Kept getting told nothing was a problem. Company isn't professional! Lucas was VERY rude towards the end, started telling me "you should hear what the driver had to say about you." UNPROFESSIONAL!

G&G Auto Transport arranged transport for my car. My car was picked up on 3/27. My car sat in a tow yard for 5 days before I found out. I found out my car was sitting in a tow yard because I called when my car did not make it to the destination on 3/31 (time of arrival changed 2 times). The agent who arranged the transport said the driver's truck broke down and is in the repair shop. He had not informed me. When I called him on 4/1, he said my car was in route to the destination per GPS. I immediately called him out on his lie. He said he was going to call me back, but instead texted me several times with different driver names and phone numbers. I called the driver's numbers and got no answer, but a voicemail on the first ring. I called him back and informed him that I did not get an answer nor had I spoken with a driver over the course of my supposed transport. He told me that he talked to the driver and the driver said the truck will be ready in 30 minutes, then my car will be loaded and on its way to the destination. Well, 4 hours passed and my car was still sitting in a tow yard, so I went to pick my car up and asked him to refund my deposit. He told me that he can charge me $200 for canceling. I never canceled. My car was picked up, left in a tow yard for 5 days, I was lied to by him and transport company *** several times. As of now, he has not returned my deposit. I am currently seeking an attorney for this matter. Do not do business with this company or him. You will be disappointed.

I hired G&G Tranport to transport a tractor from Oklahoma to New Mexico and the roof of the tractor was lost in transport. G&G refuses to replace the roof of my tractor. They should be insured and bonded to take responsibility for any property lost or damaged in transport, since transport is their business. They are not a Responsible company! They are claiming that the driver is refusing to provide documentation to support a successful delivery. I told them, of course he is not going to provide documentation to incriminate himself. I would like for them to replace the roof that was lost in transport.

I got a contract with G&G Auto Transport company for shipping my Tesla from Houston to San Diego. Cargo Insurance was included in the contract for up to $250,000 coverage. The car on the pickup day had no damage or scratch on it. The pickup date was 07/07. They delivered our car on 07/13 with a profound dent on the hood and some scratches on the bumper. The driver gave us a Bill of Lading which was generated and signed by the driver. I took my car to Tesla body shop and got a quote for $6,600. After 2weeks of back and forth communication, I found out they do not have cargo insurance and I have been told they will not cover the cost of repair. Please Help and advise.

I used G an G Auto to ship my car from Sacramento to the Trenton TX area. I paid their deposit of $150 after they first quoted $100 and quoted first $800 then $850 total to do the job. My son, who is named [son's name], signed the contract and then the issues started. They were supposed to pick up his car on March 26 so it could get to Trenton TX by the end of March. They never called and I had to call them constantly for an update. When they never showed I called my contact, who is named [contact's name], and he told me the driver was running late and that he would call in the AM of March 27. Never called and no pick up. This repeated for 2 days as I tried to call someone back to get an update. When they finally called back the price of transport was now $1400 with $150 credit but I had to pay the driver $1250. They did not honor the original contract and I had to extend my car rental for another week for another $700. No discount, no apology, no nothing. Horrible company, horrible service, dishonest and corrupt.
