I had a floor installed by Gibraltar Home Improvements. They did an awesome job from design through installation. Everything was on time. They knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They left my house very clean with a beautiful new floor. I would definitely recommend them.

When another company did not have the time to come to my hone to give me an estimate, Gibraltar was able to book on the same day. They listened to my concerns and had the best professional people doing the job. I recommend this company for any home projects!

There are always hiccups and snags with every remodeling job. The team at Gibraltar addressed all of my concerns during and after the job was done. Anything that needed to be changed got done. My basement looks great. The crew was courteous and worked cleanly.

Gibralter provided me with up to date communication and worked with me on issues that came up as the work progressed. The kitchen counter tops came out perfect as the expert technicians overcame the challenges they uncovered in the existing kitchen and building.

Great work at a fair price. My garage needed the roof patched up, and Gibraltar came in ,looked at the condition of my roof and gave me a price. Their workers were quick and efficient and really did a great clean up. I will have Gibraltar come back for some other work!

Gibraltar remodeled my bathroom summer 2021. I had no problems with them. The entire staff had time to work with me from the beginning to the end. The workers were very clean. I would say use this company and don't worry. The work will be complete correctly. I will be using them for all my home renovation. Great job. ?

Professional and representative was knowledgeable about product. Processing all requests in a timely manner. Representative listened to my request and was able to meet my needs. Cleanup was excellent and work done in a timely matter. I recommended a friend for her home improvement needs. I would use them for other home improvement projects.

Gibraltar did a splendid job with my bathroom. Managers John and Sarah shared their creative ideas. John and his team are very skilled and obviously experienced. Yes the team leader's name is John. I am very satisfied with their work. My family is enjoying the new, beautiful bathroom. One of my daughters calls it a spa. I highly recommend Gibraltar Home Improvements. You will get your money's worth. If you do get them for home improvement ask for John and his team. They are very skilled and courteous. I guarantee you will not regret asking for them.

Gibraltar was outstanding. Pre-work discussion of materials used, work schedule and costs involved was far superior to other home improvement companies that we contacted. Price was slightly more, but materials used for our siding and roofing were of much higher grade. Work crew was punctual, efficient and friendly. We could not be happier with the finished job. The one problem that we had with an accidental breakthrough in our bedroom ceiling was handled perfectly by the office personnel and the plasterer/painter sent to fix the issue. Gibraltar is definitely worth five stars, and we would highly recommend the company to others. Excellent service and professionalism throughout the entire process.

Hands down one of the best experiences we've had when getting work done to our home. Extremely professional and reliable. We had the privilege of working with Danny who did everything possible to ensure we were happy. They gave us competitive pricing along with excellent workmanship. The contractors performing the services were both courteous and considerate. Best of all whenever we had any issues, questions or concerns Danny would always be there to help at every stage of the project. The final product exceeded our expectations. You know when you have to trust someone you dont know with your largest investment It can be a very scary place to be. in my case my it was my house. We called two home improvement companies and Gilbraltar was one of them and after a personal visit from the owner Daniel we easily felt confident he was the company we wanted to work with . Of course It was a learning experience for usbut Out of all the ups and downs that WILL occur during a major home remodel, Gilbratar hung in there with me until i was satisfied and that is what matters these days. They could of easily determined the job was done to satisfaction but because i wasnt happy about minor things they continued pushing for that 100% happy customer satisfaction. Im 100% happy and completely satisfied that i got more than i could have even imagined out of my small house and feel confident recommending them for any of your home improvement projects.

I hired Gibralta construct a small kitchen. Hiring Gibralta was the worse business decision I have ever made in my life. It took this company six months to do the work, and there are still imperfections with the job. The entire job was a comedy of errors and he owner will admit that he knows nothing about construction but is just in the sales end of it..You will see him for the $500 deposit and see him at what he believes the job is done.. he had his worker come to my house at least four times to sign off papers on a saturday morning and you don't know what your signing. He wants to get paid and thats it.. Every night when I came home from work I found my wife crying..Every night..Either it was the wrong cabinets were delivered and installed and the wrong back splash..She did not get the one she wanted, a typical bait and switch..Again she cried over it...The owner offered to remove it and put in a a new one but by this time after 4 months of using my living room for a kitchen we did not need any more mess or destruction in my house.. I signed all the paper work the owner requested and after we did we assumed the job was done. As we sat near the kitchen we noticed that the colors on the cabinets did not match..we had white and off white..A real disaster..Again i had to watch my wife cry and cry... When the cabinet company came to fix them they they repainted and got new cabinets still did not match..They took them out and we then had a new kitchen that we have been paying for with no kitchen cabinets! The cabinet company stated they could not come back until after Passover. At this point my wife and I just accepted the fact that we made the biggest mistake hiring Gibralta and what happens will happen.. Of course Gibralta blames the cabinet company and does not take responsibility..mind you, the job has been paid in full. They just should be honest that the cabinet company is not a good outfit..They told us there were several other jobs with the same problems;;the cabinets are also cheap. Buyer beware! The other day three guys show up to finalize the cabinets..They finished the work but we were nervous with the current social distancing rules. There are still imperfections but this point we are done with Gibralta and we have put this nightmare beyond us. All I can say that I hope others can learn from our experience... stay away, far away.. I really don't like my kitchen because every time I look around at it it will forever remind me of may horrible experience and my wife crying...
