GiftPass Card not delivered despite numerous calls to customer service

On March 5, 2022, I was an actor for Western University Law's Canadian Client Consultation Competition for which I was to be reimbursed a gift card of my choosing in the amount of $100. On March 9, 2022, I received an email notification from Emilia Greco at Western's purchasing department that I was the recipient of a $100 gift card to be redeemed through GiftPass.com, the supplier of their choice. There was an issue with the order number code sent me and as a result I was unable to redeem the gift card on-line myself. On March 10 I contacted Giftpass customer service by phone at [protected]. The gentleman I spoke with also had difficulty with the number and it took him three tries before the order would go through. I ordered a PC Loblaws gift card for $100 and asked that it be emailed to me that day. The person at GiftPass said their protocols didn't allow for paper cards to be sent via email and I would have to wait five to seven business days for the physical card to be sent to me via Canada Post. I received confirmation of this purchase via email the evening of March 10 with an order number of [protected]. When the card had not arrived ten business days later, I was told to "wait another day or two." I called again on March 26 and a woman advised me that management had told her to tell customers Covid was causing problems at Canada Post. On April 2, I spoke to a fellow named Benjamin, who advised me that an escalation ticket created by "Edgar" on March 28 (#1455X6) could not be found and he created another ticket (147073). As I understand it, there are no letters in any of the ticket numbers. I advised Bemjamin that I wanted another card either couriered to me at their expense, or an emailed card by Monday, April 4. He said he had to talk with his manager on the Monday and I would get a call back on the 4th. There was no call and any time I attempted to call them, I was placed on hold. On April 5, I called GiftPass Customer Service from a friend's phone and was immediately connected with Gabriel. He sent me an email advising that Canada Post Covid issues is delaying delivery and that if I hadn't received my card by April 14, the day before the Easter Long Weekend, I was to contact them again. Apparently, this is what they are being told to tell me by their manager, Rob Cormier. I have been more than patient with them about this matter. I am angry at Western Law Department for putting me in this situation in the first place and not following through with GiftPass to ensure I would be paid. I am also angry with GiftPass for their really lousy customer service and response to my concerns. Please help me get this resolved. Thank you.

Desired outcome: My $100 gift card and a written letter of apology from both Western's Law Department and GiftPass. I am a working actor and depend on monies earned through my acting to live on. It is not a hobby.
