Glencara Jewerly review: Items not sent

I ordered 3 Irish knot bangles the first week in June, providing what I thought was plenty of time for a planned burial for my mother on August 5. The intent was to bury her with one and my sister and I each wear one.

After MULTIPLE discussions with representatives, primarily Maria, finally got an email late Sept they was being FedEx’d . They refused request to refund. The bracelets were obviously too late for my Mom. Maria asked I confirm my address and spelling of name which I was happy to do. Still nothing. Call with Maria and Fed Ex showed the wrong name and wrong address and told ME to go find it which I am embarrassed to say I did. Still nothing.

Since then, they continue to refuse reimbursement and tell me they are about to ship.

SHAME ON THESE CROOKS! Legal repercussions should be in their near future. ROBBERS AND THIEVES!
