Global Courier Service UK review: Fraud Charges 4

Somebody is sending a parcel to me from UK via Global courier Services details as follows:
Airway Bill: B23332009
Name of Cashier Agent: Hora Dickson
GCS Head office address: 30 Leicester Square London WC 2H 7LA, United Kingdom
Declared value of customs (as on commercial /proforma invoice): 10, 980 GBP
Consignment Code: [protected]
Tracking Number: B23332009

Shipment date: 14.9.2010 Arrival date: 16.9.2010 but the parcel reached on 15.09.10 10.30 (Malaysia Time)

There is tow ladies here in Malaysia dealing with me:
1. Siti Aida Binti Mad Ibrahim
2. Semah Ak Silem

And their agent phone number: +[protected] and email address: [protected]@post.com / [protected]@asia.com

What happen was (15.9.10), this Siti Aida asked me to pay the Custom Declaration amounting Ringgit Malaysia 3, 850.00 and Malaysia Inland Revenue amounting Ringgit Malaysia 5, 961.00 which i have paid to her personal account as she said her office is still closed due to muslim festive. She guarantee me that there will be no more payment upon clearance of the above require charges.They supposed to deliver the parcel to me to Sabah on the same day but according to Siti its already miss the flight and will deliver the parcel to me on 16.9.1o.

So on 16.9.10 she called me to settle another charges Local Delivery Charges Ringgit Malaysia 1, 500.00. I told her that i have not receive the parcel so i cant pay and i will pay upon receiving the parcel as i need to check if the content are in good condition but Siti said they have no branch here in Sabah Malaysia but she kept on saying that i need to pay the 1, 500 so her staff will deliver to me here in Sabah. No branch office but still she said her "staff here in Sabah". When she was calling me she kept on saying i need to check with Mr. Jeffery Willy (which his contact number is +[protected]) to reconfirm the payment of 1, 500.

I just don't understand why do i have to pay another the three charges as i am the receiver here.

I need to clarify if Global Courier Service have any Branch Office here and the name name as stated above or the lady are 'Scam"..unfortunately she already taken my 9, 811.00.

Another things is that the consignment note was written by the same person here in Malaysia and also in London. Its the same handwriting and never been sign by the sender.

Until today i did not receive the parcel as i don want to pay the 1, 500 and Siti is still retaining the parcel.
