Before I joined Global Services Worldwide, certain promises were made about the company that were never true. I told Carey Grossman that I am not a salesman and his response was you don't have to be. We (GSW) match you up with a buyer and seller and you complete the deal. That does not even come close to happing. Now that I am a "certified broker" with GSW I pay $30 a month for trade leads that they say are requested of them but when I contact the companies that they give me, they never even heard of GSW. The web site that they have set up for me takes more than 5 weeks to make changes after I submit them when they say 2 weeks max and even when the web site is done, doing a search on any search engine I never find my products unless I put in the exact name of my web site. Who is going to know what my busniess is if they can not search it out?
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
sucker!
Hi, I am looking into to this currently. Can you tell me if anything has changed in these past five months? Did you quit? If not, how has your business developed? Do you still regret it or have you made some decent money? Any feedback would be greatly apprecaited.
I am trying to find-out more about Global Services Worldwide. Is their any change since the time you start working with them or just an another scams?
Please let us know.
Thank you.

I actually have been contemplating this company for about 3 years as they went from GSS to GSW. I have talked to a representative who was pause and calm and meant business. He was very excited about my objectives but I haven't done much research about them.
Now I am seeing 1 negative report on the Complaints Board:Global Secure Services (Global Services Worldwide) — Making promises that they do not keep and about 4 or 5 on the [redacted]: /URL removed/
For me that's pretty good for a company that claim 750 accounts.
My question is for these who complained: Do you learn anything from GSW? Are you able to make transactions if leads where given to you? If you respond yes to these questions then do not worry about the money, see it as an investment to engage in this multi billion industry and spend your time doing your market research.
When I started thinking about import/export I picked up 2 consultants from SCORE to help me they discouraged because too risky and overwhelming, the very nice one sent me to my community college and when I checked that option it would be about 6month and for a tuition of over $20.000.
I paid an other company $1000 to provide me a site with the forms and compliance regulations...some more money to set up my LLC and still need to negotiate with banks to finance my operations.
My take is pay the $8500 learn the process... and if they can finance your transactions (they claim that too), you are already a winner.
I am very disappointed with GSS/GWS Mr. Grossman made promises that are not true as far as I can see. When I call for advice from my manager/instructor it's like talking to someone that do know a thing about import/export. I think GSS/GWS need to listen to Lessons from the Richest Man Who Ever Lived by Steven K. Scott. Then maybe they will know not to do business the way they do it.

I am looking into GSW and have spoken to Cary Grossman several times. Is there anyone out there who is currently active with this company and making money?
Thanks,
Ross
i am currently looking at joining GSW, is anyone currently with them and doing well...making money?

For $8500 I had to pay to start with I feel ripped off. After finishing module 2, I let things go for a while. When I decided to come back and finish what I started, the "Educational Services Director" Jane, treated me with a very diminishing manner and even got my website shut down because I hadn't paid the $30 for the monthly fee. Are you serious? I paid $8500, haven't made a dime out of it and they have the NERVE to treat you this way? I just sucked it up and continued with module 3 after which I passed the exam. After getting my passing score, I emailed JANE requesting the module 4 exam; one week passed, didn't hear from them; sent another email, trying to believe she probably "missed it; nothing, another email, nothing! Have called the phone number; ALWAYS it's an answering machine. It's hard to admit for me; I'm very internet savvy and it's nearly impossible for me to allow someone to rip me off but I have to admit it; this guys are SMOOTH and did it! If I don't hear from this clowns in a week, I'll submit a review to the BBB and Federal Trade Commission if someone wants to join me we might consider filing an class action law suit. Email me at n.algren2008@gmail.com
good to see this feedback. i am researching them as well. i am now thinking i can do this without them. thanks for the comments. the only person i have talked to is Cary. $8500 is a lot for training and a website.
