Good day!
I'm a concerned citizen that is elevating the errors in Globe prepaid transactions. They have been giving information of free 1GB of gaming data once you subscribe to their GO Surf 99 promo. I've been subscribing for twice already(verifying if the problem will still recur) and monitoring my data usage through my data logger on my phone and have found out that they negate the gaming data even if you still doesn't fully consume 1GB data and your remaining data from the registration of Go Surf 99.
I've elevated this to their team through transactions with their CSR-Abi Matos c/o her Team Leader Alain Philippe Zurita- for follow-up and their technical group responder ISG support group. I have a recorded conversation with them today 8/15/2015 from around 9am to 1pm. Their team immediately responded to me without the proper verification on this concern, and said that my complaints was not valid and that I have fully consumed the data. I would like to file a complaint and a formal lawsuit to Globe Prepaid and all its personnel that doesn't reply to consumers complaint.
How am I suppose to do this? They are providing scams to people in simple ways and needs to be taken care of immediately. Hopefully, you'll see my file complaint through the email and elevate this to the TOP with high priority as Globe is menacing the masses.
