On 4/20/22 I tried to cancel a purchase made on this same day and the seller's customer email was returned as undeliverable - there is no other contact info. A debit in the amount of $125.86 of two payments of $62.93 each. I attempted to cancel using paypal but it did not allow cancellation. The paypal system shows payment as pending, however; the total dollar amount has been taken (4/20/22) from my debit card...

After making the first transaction I received a thank u email for my order, but I also received an email that stated I needed to complete transaction which in turn took an additional $62.93.
I contacted the official website for Crocs which is www.crocs.com [protected]) who stated that this entity is not one of their retailers.
Desired outcome: Since the transaction was completed by Paypal I submitted my claim for refund; waiting response.
