I am Complainting you regarding the services towards the customers.I have taken an new refregirator with the exchange offer by giving by ol freez.The Executive has said that he will be coming for the demo of the refregirator, but since 15 days i am calling him and he is not responding to regarding that.The Sales man Code is 38 and the Name of the Exeutive is 'Narsimha'.The usage of the refregirator is don't know for us, As i am throughing all vegetables since 1 week.As i am not using it.simply i have buyed and keept it aside.Please take a proper action anthis complaint.Even then i did not get any reply from on this it would be very serious.

I have purchased 260 ltr godrej refrigerator ( Model type Pentacool Frost free, Model size GF 28 ) during Aug. 2002 and very proud to be a owner of Godrej Product using without hassle .
Due to continuous use vegetable crisper with separator tray ( Item no. 14 of parts identification list of GF 28 in page no. 3 ) has been broken . We had tried our best to search it out within Raipur and Nagpur but could not get success .
If you could arrange this or give any clue where from the same can be obtained, I shall remain oblige you. Charges will be paid either Chq. or DD as per your advice.

Dear Sir,
Godrej double door fridge complaint for insufficient cooling was
lodged with your customer care at 9am on 1st oct 10 . The cc forwarded the
complaint to Penguine Enterprises whose staff collected Rs. 1850/- from us
within an hours time & promised to do the job immediately but did not turn up
thereafter nor did he telephoned his programme . Till the writing of this
compt.no body from Godrej has attended the complaint despite having collected
advance payment which is not the normal practice the world over. Fridge is a
food preserving appliance and you can imagine the plight of housewife in its
absence . Godrej service and complaint redressal mechanism is poor as compared
to its competitors . CC is not able to enlighten us about the repair schedule
either. In view of above we are totally bewildered . Kindly revert back
IMMEDIATELY.

PS: Penguine has given to understand that they do not have the repair facility
themselves. They have offloaded the gas charging job to some other agency. You
can just image the quality of godrej repair facility.

Avoid any godrej product please. The worst company !
just purchases the fridge and within week product suddenly stop working, till then i ma chasing SC, CC, and organization office but no response to fix it… worst product, worst costumer care and SC. I request people never purchase any product of godrej as they cheating us and making a money. just boycott godrej and then then they realize the power of us. honestly i dont have any personal intention to write such review against them but they force me do this. i dont want more ppl get cheated.
