2022 I became a partner driver for Gopuff. I recently reactivated my account, uploaded requested documents, got the approval email and scheduled my blocks to work. Later that week I went to chat and requested theu added two more locations to my profile (biggest regret!) Every since the chat agent sent over the request to partner support, I have been having issues!
Its holiday weekend, I planned to work all weeked. I get to the location 40 minutes from my home, swipe over to start and it says my account was deactivated!
Im getting emails to go through the whole verification process again and take the test as if im new!
Now im trying to reach out to partner support and they are saying its going to take one business day for them to review my documents, im trying to explaon ive alread went through this process and sent sceenshots of being approved and everything. No one is comprehending or reading the emails thoroughly. Instead im getting automatic response emails. Im devastated. No one is helping.
Desired outcome: I would like to be reimbursed for the delivery blocks I was not able to work due to an agents error. This is not my fault and I have proof.
