GoTags Disappointing Quality and Lack of Embossing on $2 Tag

At only $2 per tag and $3 for shipping (they use a $0.44 stamp in a small envelope), you definitely get what you pay for. I had high hopes for an embossed (stamped) tag, but unfortunately, what I received was quite underwhelming. The tag had a shoddily applied paint job, and the information I had submitted was simply printed on it.

GoTags Great Customer Service and Prompt Resolution from GoTags

I got my order from GoTags and unfortunately, they sent me one wrong tag. I was a bit disappointed, but I decided to reach out to their customer service through email. To my surprise, they responded right away and said sorry for the mistake. They were really quick to fix the problem and sent me the correct tag in no time. I really like it when a company takes responsibility for their mistakes and makes things right for the customer. It shows that they care about their customers' satisfaction. So, thank you GoTags for handling the issue promptly and putting the customer first!

GoTags Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Attention to Detail at GoTags

I recently had an experience with GoTags and I must say, it left me quite disappointed. I had called them to inquire about the width of a collar I was interested in purchasing. I specifically mentioned that the width seemed really small and requested them to confirm the size for me. I was on the phone with them for a good 15 minutes, hoping to get the information I needed.

However, when I proceeded to check out online, I was surprised to find that the size was not clearly stated along with the width. Frustrated, I decided to email them about this issue. In my email, I kindly requested that they include the size information on their website, as it would greatly help customers like me.

To my dismay, their response was not what I expected. They simply informed me that the width for the extra small collar is 3/8. Now, why wasn't this mentioned during my checkout process? Furthermore, the picture on their website made the collar appear larger than 3/8, which only added to my confusion.

I would have appreciated a simple phone call from them, apologizing for the oversight and assuring me that they would rectify the situation. Unfortunately, I received no such response. This lack of customer service and attention to detail is truly disappointing.

Considering my experience, I have no choice but to give GoTags a one-star rating. It's a shame that they couldn't handle such a simple request and failed to provide satisfactory assistance.

GoTags Disappointing Customer Service Experience with GoTags: Ignoring the Golden Rule

GoTags, oh boy, let me tell you about my experience with them. So, I reached out to them because I made a mistake with my order. They had the audacity to respond and tell me that it was "my" mistake. Can you believe that? But hey, they said they would still send me a new tag. How generous of them to point out my mistake and still offer to help. I mean, I'm not saying I didn't mess up, I could have, who knows? But that's not the main issue here.

Now, let me give you a little background. I've been working in customer service for ages, so I know a thing or two about how to handle these situations. If it were me, I would have simply apologized and said something like, "We're really sorry for any inconvenience caused. We'll make sure to send you a new tag right away." See, that's how you secure a happy and satisfied customer who will come back for more. But no, GoTags didn't quite get the memo.

And let me tell you, because of their response, I won't be buying from them again. It's all about the customer, you know? Even when they're wrong, they're still right. That's the golden rule of customer service. But GoTags seems to have missed that memo too. So, yeah, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

In conclusion, GoTags may have some nice products, but their customer service could use a little work. Remember, folks, the customer is always right, even when they're not.

GoTags Exceptional Customer Service and Generosity from GoTags

I recently bought a dog collar for my 5 month old Chocolate Lab puppy from GoTags. Turns out, it was the same size as the previous one I got him. However, I was actually looking for something larger in size and width that he could grow into. Silly me, it was my mistake and not GoTags'. But when I asked them about the sizes and widths, they were so kind and understanding. They said they would remake the collar if I wasn't satisfied.

Finally, I got around to measuring the old and new collar, and that's when I realized it was my error all along. But guess what? GoTags still went above and beyond. They sent me a brand new collar in the size I should have ordered, and they didn't charge me a single penny. Can you believe it? I was blown away by their generosity and exceptional customer service.

Now, let me tell you a little something about myself. I used to work as a Customer Service Manager for a fancy high tech company in Redmond, WA for a whopping 16 years. So trust me when I say that I know a thing or two about great customer service. And let me tell you, GoTags definitely nailed it.

I want to give a big shoutout and a heartfelt thank you to GoTags. You guys have won me over completely. From now on, I will never even think about ordering pet supplies from anywhere else. In fact, I was so impressed that I placed a new order for my older Golden Doodle today. That's how much I trust and appreciate GoTags.

Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart, GoTags. You have a customer for life in me.

GoTags Mixed Bag: GoTags Medical Tags - Font Issues, Peeling Symbol, Tarnished Chain

I bought some medical tags from this website called GoTags. They were made of aluminum and had the international medical symbol on one side, with my info on the other. They even came with a fancy "silver" ball-type neck chain.

The tags arrived pretty quickly, in about 4-5 days. My info was written down correctly, which was a relief. But here's the thing: the font size on the tags looked weird. When there were fewer characters on a line, the font was bigger than on lines with more characters. It made the five lines of text on the tag look all wonky and uneven. Not cool, man.

And guess what? The international medical symbol started peeling off after just a few weeks. What a bummer! And that "silver" chain they gave me? Turns out it was actually made of copper with some kind of chrome coating. No wonder it tarnished so quickly. I was not impressed.

So, I decided to reach out to GoTags through email to let them know about these issues. They offered to replace the tags because of the peeling symbol, which was nice of them. But they didn't have any solution for the font problem or the tarnished chain. I wasn't interested in getting new tags because I knew the symbol would just peel off again. So, I declined their offer.

Despite all the flaws, I still use the tags because they serve their basic purpose and they didn't cost me much. But I gotta say, I would've been willing to pay a bit more for better quality, especially when it comes to that darn tarnished "silver" chain.
