The then president of the Property Owners Association Board, Ronald Bourn authorized a foreclosure action on my property, 71012 Russell contrary to declarations and covenants governing. The Board attorney subsequently ran up her "legal fees" and intended to foreclose and steal the equity in the property. I had to pay over $35, 000 to prevent my home from being foreclosed. My wife and I tried to get relief in Court, but the judges apparently did what was expedient for themselves and protected the Board attorney, Hope Derby Carmichael who had filed the fraudulent lien on behalf of the Board and unjustly enriched herself Unfortunately, "pro se" litigants almost always are discriminated against in court. It is my intention to bring this type of larceny into the Court of Public Opinion. Bill Wattiker
