After booking with Grand Caribbean Cruise before the pandemic I could not go on the cruise. I am now ready for the cruise and I am being given the runaround. what are the procedures for canceling something that you never used or enjoyed? the experience with them is misleading and confusing. I was not under the impression that this was a time-shared adventure and I am being held to it and have to attend several seminars without any transportation from them. I opted out but was not given a choice to do so. Can you please help me? This is a disaster and they seem to have no sympathy for the consumers. I booked for 1 cruise and am told I have booked for 2. PLEASE HELP!
