I would like to have a refund and an apology
After booking with Grand Caribbean Cruise before the pandemic I could not go on the cruise. 07/02/2010 I was offered this same offer, I am just as curious is this a scam. 02/25/2011 I phoned them again they still have my payment for port taxes for 2 people on file. I do not want to fly to Florida for this cruise to Bahamas to learn what I paid for was a scam.
