We rented a home Sept 24th - 29th

This company has the worst reviews accross the board and rightfully so. This was the worst experiences we've had with a rental property.
The only positive I can say about this home was the location and the view. Unfortunately, we did not get to enjoy this home as we had hoped due to all the issues we ran into.
We booked this home for a 5-day stay, hoping we could work on our computers for a few hrs a day, sitting by the lake and enjoying the view. Unfortunately we ended up spending very little time enjoying this home.
From the moment we arrived, we ran into issues. There was absolutely no direct or cohesive communication between the managing company and the homeowners, therefore the instructions provided to us prior to the trip were completely inaccurate. The agency made very little effort in trying to resolve any of the issues.
Upon arrival we could not find the correct lockbox, there was one visible lockbox, which did not work, and after contacting the onsite managing company and 40 min of waiting for instructions, we were able to locate the correct box which did not look like a lockbox, on our own.
The house was extremely dirty, there was dust and cobwebs on everything. It was very apparent that there was no cleaning crew in recent days or weeks.
We had no wifi until the last day of our trip, due to inacurite login & password provided. This was supposed to be a work vacation for the group, instead, we had to travel 20 min each way, to a friend's home to use their wifi.
After discussing the issues with the agency, the only compensation given was a refund for the cleaning fee. Absolutely shamefu!
For the price we paid on this rental, this should have been a 5 star rental, instead it was a 2 star at best!
Desired outcome: Compensation for at least a couple of nights.
