They always come on time and do a good job mowing my lawn. The workers are friendly and they make sure to clean up after themselves. My lawn looks nice and neat after they're done.

I also like that they offer other services like fertilizing and weed control. They know what they're doing and my lawn has improved a lot since I started using their services.

The prices are reasonable too. I compared them to other lawn care companies in the area and Green Thumb/Spring Green *** was definitely the best value for the money.

I been usin' Green Thumb for a few years now and I gotta say, I'm always happy with 'em. My lawn always looks nice and if I got a problem, I just give 'em a call and they come fix it up. People always be complainin' and not appreciatin' good service, but not me. I ain't got nothin' but good things to say 'bout this company.

Ive been using Green Thumb for these past 4 years on my lawn mowing services. They are very punctual and do a nice job. If for some reason, they might of missed anything (which is very rare) I can call Jason and he immediately takes care of it for me. I will continue using them and recommend them to anyone who needs their services. They have a wide array of services from landscaping, french drains, stonework, lawn maintenance, etc.

I'm still waiting for GT to fix this mess. I'm so mad and frustrated! I paid over $2700 to get my front yard leveled in November . They kept changing the date and never bothered to update me. I had to call every week just to get some information, but they never called me back. When they finally finished the job, they didn't give me any instructions for maintenance. I had to call them and ask. They said they would send an email, but I never got one. The yard is a disaster! It's all bumpy and uneven. It looks terrible! When I had someone come to see the problem in April , they said, "Well, you didn't pay enough, so this is what you get." How rude and untrue! I got a quote before I mentioned money issues, and the price didn't change after that. The guy who came in April said they would fix it after the next rain. It's been three weeks since then, and it has rained and snowed multiple times. UPDATE--> The owner called me on May 4th, and it was a terrible call. He was so rude. He said they would come when the ground dried a bit, which is different from what they said before about needing a good rain. It's May 26th now, and I haven't heard from them. They still haven't fixed their awful work.

The company got paid too much and now they won't respond to my messages about getting my money back. I paid them automatically, but then I sold my house and stopped using their services on August 17. When I canceled, I asked for a refund for the three weeks of service that wouldn't be done. They said I would get my money back after the last day of service, which I wasn't happy about, but I agreed anyway. But now, I haven't received my refund and I've been trying to contact the company. They sent me a text saying the owner would call me back later that day, but it's been two days and I haven't heard anything. So I called and the automated system told me to press 1 to talk to a real person, so I did. But instead of talking to someone, they transferred me to voicemail. I left a message, but still no calls or texts. And now, every time I call, it goes straight to voicemail. I keep leaving messages, but they still won't call me back.

Green thumb lawn care shud not be listed anywhere. It is my hope that they go out of business to prevent others from their scams. They stated many things that they did not happen. The worse is that they do not care for lawns instead they destroy lawns and don't offer to fix the problem. What happened with us, they were already paid $2,765 and failed to deliver a healthy good lawn. We followed the watering schedule, and the areas they say they sprayed for weeds still has weeds. They did not spray to treat the whole lawn, they only stuck a sign in the yard saying they were here and they were not. They never attempted to solve the problem instead their comment was to find someone else. We also explored and reviewed other complaints from other customers and found that they never fixed those problems instead they refused to and have many complaints against them. This is why I was surprised that Home Advisors actually recommended this company who has bad reviews and is not ComplaintsBoard.com accredited.
