My father brought a ticket in Bakersfield to return from Vegas. When we arrive to Vegas, we ask navigation to find greyhound line or bus station. It directed us to Las Vegas blvd. AT 3:45 we went to the station and when we went to go in your place had to move on the building was not a direction to where you move or anything. We ask the people were you this bus were. Out by the airport by the time we found the place my father this guy was rod but we still needed the next bus. I know you record telephone call cone# for this 20.00 dollars is [protected]. After all the problem we had at your gray hound bus at 11:45 the bus was supposed to leave but no bus. We went inside for your customer service in the booth and he was sleep and did not know the bus had not show up. After arguing with him because he says he did not care, he finally to us, it was no drivers for the bus and we would lose the ticket and he close the window. I needed to talk to someone about the bad experience we had and no bus. this is wrong when you are travel and trying to get home, My father is 88 years old this is not rights
