Gurkhas Travel review: Not refunded tickets booked for 2019 march.

I booked my flight with gurkhas travel for march 2019, because of covid we could not travel and they processed a refund and promise us to get the refund in 6 months, we understand it takes time and it was hard for everyone the situation.

Now been 2 years, I keep on calling them, emailing them with no response,

They are selling heaps of new tickets but not taking our calls emails because we ask for refund

This is such ridiculous service we got wity gurkhas. I would ask someone if we can make formal complaint through AfAS or so.
