I placed a withdrawal request of 20,000 USD on Tuesday (28 December), and my withdrawal was delayed for 2 days without any explanation.
The next day (Wednesday 28 Dec) I noticed that they had simply "DENIED" the withdrawal - still without ANY response from either of their 2 support email addresses ([protected]@hankotrade.com and [protected]@hankotrade.com), which I had already contacted at least 10 times by that point. Their live chat support also just keeps telling me that "their team is reviewing my withdrawal and will contact me soon".
It has now been 6 days, and they have still not replied to me at all - no emails, NOTHING. I also placed a smaller withdrawal request of 2000 USD (my total equity is 23,264 USD, which I would now like to withdraw in its entirety), but that request now still shows pending - also WELL OVER 24 hours with no explanation either.
I have AMPLE EVIDENCE as follows:
1. My balance and equity (23264.4 USD) as it shows up in the ACTTrader trading software they provide.
2. The exact same balance as it shows up in my trading account dashboard at hankotrade.com.
3. The amounts requested in my withdrawal history.
4. The "withdrawal request successful" confirmation email they originally sent me after the request.
Since I have received NO response at all from ANY of your so-called "support staff", I now have no choice but to warn the entire trading community and take legal action.
And don't bother trying to delete my account to hide the evidence: I have taken a time-stamped snapshot of the entire account as well as dozens of screenshots and video footage.
