I ordered some goods (3 bags and 2 pairs of shoes) from Happy Place on Earth on 28 March 2024 about 10pm (Australian EST). When I asked for order confirmation(hence I do not have an order number) and payment detail as money has been taken from my account. I received no response. I have sent several emails to your company account and even tried to telephone to no avail. Your phone number is out of order by the way.

I would appreciated a response as soon as possible. My bank is wanting to refer this matter to their Fraud department.

I placed an order for a large canvas Rainbow Bag on 20/12/2021.

But what I received was a cheap, poor quality, knock-off that doesn't match what was advertised, so I believe this is false advertising.

I paid $114NZD For something I wouldn't bother buying from Wish for $20.

I was told I could return the bag at my expense with no guarantee of actually receiving a refund which is insulting.

As I was not getting any positive results from emailing directly, I made a complaint on the Happy Place on Earth Facebook page. After which I got blocked from commenting.

It may not be evident from the photo, but the quality of the bag I received is terrible. The materials are cheap and poorly put together. The bag I

received and that advertised definitely look very different.

114.00 for 2 bags never recieved. They are sorry.

I ordered the Large version of the Canvas Rainbow bag, and received the SMALL size, which was very cheaply made with thin plastic handle and trim. This was not even something I would give to a child. I paid $76.99 for this bag. I followed their return procedure perfectly, and have yet (4 months now) to hear anything from them. When you try to call them on their listed phone number, it simply hangs up on you, no matter when you call or how many times. I have written them with no response, and left a bad review. I filed fraud charges against them through my credit card company, but I am doubtful if I will ever get my total of $103.00 (including the amount of $19.00 for return shipping) back. DO NOT buy from these thieves.

I am not happy with the color and it does not look like the picture on facebook and why do I hav so much trouble gettint my money back

I purchased 11-11-20 two purses total 129.33 which was posted and charged to my credit card which its correct. you charged 11-11-20, 2 items same amount, which I did not purchase of 35.84 each a total of 71.86, these were incorrectly charged! I need these taken off my charge.

I received an email on April 16, 2020 with a bogus tracking number saying my order was shipped. To date, I have still not received my order. I have contacted the company numerous times via email and Facebook messenger receiving the same statements over and over verbatim that the shipping information will be fixed within 72 hours. I have twice requested a refund as I have never received my bag only to be told that they have submitted a follow up. My order number is HPE72631

I placed an order on 1/11/20 & still have not received an email confirmation. I was told several times they would resend it. The tracking # is bogus. Cannot reach by phone only facebook messaging. I have filed a complaint with pay pal & hope to get my money back. I normally don't order from companies I am not familiar with & I guess this is why. Lesson learned!

Scam company. They do not stand by their product, and if you have to return something, have fun — you'll be shipping it to china, at your expense. I can't even file a bbb complaint against they because I have no idea where they are located. It's not posted anywhere.

They shipped me an outback bag that does not remotely look like the picture. The coloring was way off, and it has stains on it that look like chalk marks only they won't come out.

If you see one of their clever, enticing facebook ads advertising their "outback bag" or any of their other crappy products run far, far away...

Hello Im very frustrated Ive ordered and paid for this bag 53.94 and hve been in contact with texting and they giving tracking infomation and then last time texting saying you should have recieved No I have not recieved I would like to recieve this bag or my money back Order # HPE62719. Tracking # CJPCS5001968066YQ. I will be going to UPS Monday to have them check out these numbers

BUYER BEWARE! I wanted to return two handbags that weighed about 2 1/2 lbs. The company offered to return 15% of my total charges to my card if I chose to keep the bags which is $14.10. If I opted to return the bags, I would need to pay the shipping charges to China which is quite curious because the shipping label on their envelope to me shows it shipped from California. My estimated fees to return both bags were around $40.00. After reading another review stating that they returned their merchandise and never received credit, I opted to take the 15% credit and run.

What a racket!

Purchased the bag and the petite matching handbag August 25th. Received the items on the 9th of September. Used the bag for the first time this weekend and the zipper fell off. I emailed about a replacement refund and was told I was out of luck as it was a 14 day return policy - this is a travel bag - 14 day strict return policy is ridiculous for faulty merchandise.
