Never encountered such rude & care-less staff not once but at least on 3 occasions. Pretty much everytime I got into contact with them whether telephonically or physically. TThey never seemed sure which flats were still available after giving us a list of "available flats" to view. Mind you we had to go & view without an agent. When finally we requested one that was apparently available, were told to wait as they would let us know. Which ofcourse is still pending after numerous calls to their office being sent from one person to the next with no cllear answer as to what's happening with our application. Never been dealt such appauling service. They should decide if they want to offer this service or not.
