Haritha Agencies review: to rent out a flat

We have filled application for renting a flat. They (Haritha Agencies) have called us in on numerous occassions to submit documents (Identity Documents, bank statements and guarantors details and their documents) . They have asked us to view the flat and list all damages that they need to repair. They have also viewed the flat and listed the faults. they have said they would repair and give us the flat. we have called them on numerous occassions regarding the flat, they have not responded.
When we did speak to the manager (Hans) he has an attitude and says, i quote" Don:t wait, we not going to repair and let out the flat" . they have made us wait thinking they will repair, everytime they asked us to come and hand over documents, but now they have an attitude, they don't repspond to let us know wats happening.

the entire staff at the agency are unhelpful and they all have an attitude.
