Harrisons Carpet One review: Carpet installation

I am having my whole house recarpeted by harrisons carpet one.
I have been told it will take 2 days to install because of the stairs.
Installers came on october 18 as agreed upon. They immediately told me the job cannot be finished that day, which was fine by me. I already know that.
Next day, i found out that they are not coming back till next tuesday, october 25! The reason? They are fully booked.
When i expressed my shock, i got the rude reply, "never assume"!
I had to call the contact person, graeme dunce who booked the job. Apologetic as expected but how does that help me? I have an unfinished house! With all my stuff crammed into the bathrooms & kitchen. And i am supposed to live like this for a week?!
Why would they start another job without finishing my house first?
I paid the 50% deposit like i was asked.
The hotline is always ready to listen to my complaints but at the end of the 3rd day since they started my job, i still am waiting for it to be finished.
