I got this camera like 2 years ago and it's been back to Hasselblad like 5 times, the last time to the factory in Sweden for like 2+ months. The camera keeps faulting all the time, so it can't be used professionally. I even wrote a letter to Paul Bram, the managing director, but he didn't even respond. It looks like I'm out $30,000 US.

I recently got myself a brand spanking new X2D 100C from Hasselblad.com and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with it. The image quality is top-notch, and I'd even go so far as to say it's on par with my Leica (which is saying something, let me tell you).

Now, I'm not the most tech-savvy person out there, so I had a few questions about the software and battery. But let me tell you, the team at Hasselblad was patient and super responsive in helping me out. Turns out, the issue was something I created myself (oops), but they still went above and beyond to make sure I was all sorted out.
