Good day, we visited your Hatfield Plaza Computicket branch at Pretoria on 23/11/2019 at about 10h20. We came all the way from Nelspruit and wanted to print our Afrikaans is Groot tickets. We did not have the bankcard that we have purchased the tickets with, but we did have the email reference, bankstatements, a picture of the bankcard and ID. The lady told us that she will "phone" headoffice to ask if she can help us. According to her, she cannot help us and we need the bankcard. We phoned head office ourselves and the lady that helped us immediately assisted with no issues and she told us that the lady was actually able to help us with all the documentation that we had. The lady did not wear a name tag so we cannot even give a name.
Id like to complain about the Hatfield Plaza Computicket as the lady was not helpful at all with no care about our tickets or our situation.
