The guys from Haven Home Climate Care were awesome, super professional. The dude who did the install, ***, was really helpful and explained everything about the system.
I had a guy named **** from Haven Home come and do a check-up on my furnace
I had a guy named *** from Haven Home come and do a check-up on my furnace. He did a really good job of cleaning and checking everything out. He was super nice and wore a mask the whole time. He even took the time to explain what he was doing. I give him and the company 5 stars and would definitely recommend them.
They were fast and did a good job, but the prices were way too high
They were fast and did a good job, but the prices were way too high. We had to replace a circuit board and they charged us $1,800. Then they wanted another $2,100 for motor changes. That's a total of $3,900.00! The whole system only cost $7,000 a few years ago. I won't use them again.

Haven Home ClimateCare put in our new air conditioner from New York on the day and time they said they would. They were professional and did a good job with the installation and cleaning up afterwards. They explained everything about the new system and told us about new procedures for it. I hope they can install furnaces too because we trust them to do a good job. The most important thing was that we trusted them to do the job right and on time. We're happy with Haven Home ClimateCare and their products and the people who install them. Good job all around.

I had Haven Home come over for their yearly check-up on my furnace, air conditioner, HRV, Daiken heat pump, and gas fireplace. The guy, ***, showed up on time and wore his mask like he was supposed to. He was polite and took off his boots before coming inside. He asked me where everything was and got right to work. He was pretty quiet and did his job well. He even had a new filter for my furnace, which was good because I forgot to ask for one. He checked for gas leaks and told me everything was good when he was done. He sent me the invoice right from his iPad. I recommend Haven Home Climate Care and *** from Kingston.

I've been with Haven Home for 'bout 5 years now
I've been with Haven Home for 'bout 5 years now. I pay 'em every month and they come to my house once a year to service my furnace and give me a discount on service calls. The whole point of this plan is to make sure my furnace is working right. Haven used to call me to book these services, but they stopped doin' that during covid from [protected]. Then in February 2023, my furnace stopped workin' and my kids were home alone in -20 degree weather. I asked Haven to come fix it and they said it would cost me $4000 and they had to order a part. I tried to negotiate, but the manager said they stopped callin' to book appointments 'cause they had too many people under contract. So I guess there are a lot of people like me payin' for a service they're not gettin'. This contract was supposed to prevent this exact situation from happenin'. The part that broke is supposed to last 25 years, but mine broke after only 12. I think the lack of service contributed to the breakdown and put me in a bad spot. I also think Haven has done this to a lot of people. They did give me a discount and refunded my service fee for the 3 years they didn't provide service, but I don't think that's enough 'cause the lack of service caused the breakdown.
