Excellent communication and excellent customer. The inspectors were on-sight before our agreed start time and made sure I fully understood the report before leaving. And if that wasn't enough, they were the least expensive bid by at least $100. I highly recommend the Hawley team.

The inspector was very thorough. To the point that he noticed even the smallest detail, and knew enough about what he was talking about to put it all in simple terms that were easily understood. Not to mention being a veteran owned business won them a couple points with me as a veteran myself.

Matt inspected my new to me home yesterday and was very professional. He thoroughly Inspected the house & spent hours doing so from top to bottom. The Inspector that we had, Dan, was very friendly, professional, and thorough. We scheduled this inspection with 1-2 days of lead time, so we were pleased that Hawley could get us in quickly. The report and pictures were very helpful, and Dan took time to explain his findings with us in person. We would totally use them again.

Office staff and inspectors are top notch! Called to verify my appointment and called after the appointment to see if I had an questions regarding the inspection report. Offered to come back out and re-inspect the home we are interested in purchasing once we receive verification the repairs have been made. Awesome company and fantastic employees!

Jason did our inspection and it was one of the most thorough ones I've ever seen. While this is a large hone and detached garage/workshop, it took over 4 hours to complete. Jason explained many of the issues he discovered so there weren't surprises to the buyer or the seller. As a buyer, he checked all the boxes on what I wanted to know before taking ownership. Very professional knowledgeable and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I would put zero stars if I could. After multiple problems less than six months after we moved in I contacted them regarding our erroneous home inspection issues - they missed several large issues, during the verbal portion after the inspection told us it wasn't problematic and then recorded and blamed me after I called to discuss a MAJOR issue we had. Definitely find someone else and not these people who will consistently pass the buck when questioned about their business practices.

Hawley Home Inspections was able to get the house inspected the day after I called them. They explained all my options thoroughly and got the written contract to me the same day. They even included a veterans discount. The inspector, [inspector's name], was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to point out and explain all the issues he uncovered. Their written report was very detailed. I'm absolutely glad I got their report before proceeding to closing. I'm certain it saved us a lot of headaches and money.

Hawley Home Inspections (Dan was my inspector) was very thorough and professional. Answered all questions I had and in the midst of this pandemic, was very professional and clean - wore a mask the ENTIRE time and was very helpful I would recommend Hawley to anyone needing a home inspection. They also cater to Veterans and offered a discount to us (my spouse is a veteran). He inspected this home - every inch, every water drop, etc. from the roof to the foundation, and offered suggestions for repairs and maintenance - Over 4 hours but I know it was done thoroughly and correctly. Thank you Hawley for a job well done.

I was very impressed with how thorough Don was with the home inspection. He went room by room checking the electrical outlets, smoke detectors, and tested each appliance. What impressed me the most was that he took the time in the end to sit down with me and tell me what he found wrong and needed to be fixed. If I had questions, he answered them. He was polite and courteous and professional. This company also worked in a timely fashion- I called for an appointment on Wednesday, June 24th and the inspection took place on Saturday, June 27th and I received the final report by email on Sunday, June 28th. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.
