After speaking to multiple representatives via email and a manager by phone, Heal.me has refused to cancel my service and issue a refund. I made multiple emails in regards to the service and they stopped responding to my emails. At one point, one email address bounced back as undeliverable. I later found out that the recipient no longer worked for the company. Their continuous delay left me with the inability to file a chargeback on one of their charges with my credit card company. They should have cancelled my service upon my first request and issued a refund..
