The few deliverables we received were subpar at best—uninspired, poorly executed, and far below the quality we were expecting given their bold claims.
Our attempts to provide feedback were met with indifference. Despite multiple requests for revisions, there was little to no improvement in the work they delivered. It was as if they weren't really listening to our concerns or simply didn't care about the outcome of the project. Instead of addressing these problems, they rebranded as Kalnas Group Limited, which, unfortunately, hasn't brought any positive change.
Their service is abysmal. After taking your money, they fail to deliver on their promises, sending you on a wild goose chase with endless excuses. Communication becomes almost nonexistent, and any attempts to get updates or resolve issues are met with vague responses or complete silence.
