I hired Healthy home to remodel my flooring on 11/19. the job was scheduled to begin on 12/3 and the project was supposed to take only one week. the work on my home did not begin until 12/13 due to installers not showing, showing up without the proper materials or direction, lack of communication, and lack of professionalism. We agreed I would not be charged until after the work was completed. My husband's Wells Fargo card was charged in full on 11/22/2021. The work in my home is still not completed. There was a brief delay of a week or so, due to a plumbing issue that has since been resolved. I have reached out to Healthy Homes asking to schedule time to have the work completed after the plumbing repairs and Dan the project manager completely disregarded this. I have spoken to April the quality manager above Dan, I have made a complaint to the BBB in hopes to resolve this issue but no one has followed through on their word to reverse the billing, give me accurate billing, or credited my account for all of the delays I experienced.
My major complaints from the beginning were
1. Reverse the charge to my Husbands Wells Fargo account, which impacts his credit. This is not the payment method we want to use.
2. Remove the inaccurate charges (including fees) for the corners I did not request that the installers installed anyway. I WANT A CREDIT FOR THE WORK THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED AS WELL. I have even offered to pay in cash with an accurate statement.
3. Credit my bill for the poor experience and service I received. The severe lack of communication, and the incomplete job that was done.
I have provided more than sufficient proof that I, the consumer, have been wronged by this company. It is so disappointing that they are handling things in this manner.
I have 0 to hide. I have attached screenshots of the work that was not done, it will show there is no ongoing leak or anything that would prevent a finished job in those areas.
Don't just take my word that this is a horrible company to do business with. Check out reviews from other consumers. the reviews they suppress.

Desired outcome: Refund to my account for 30% of the charges for the unfinished work+20% refund for the inconvenience, lack of professionalism, and delays. This issue has caused me to miss time at work, canceled of plans with my family, etc.
