HealthyPets.com Received autoship order at double the previous price, then no response to my messages/e-mails

For the first half dozen or so orders between 2018 and 2021, HealthyPets.com worked great for me. Their prices were competitive, and they responded to customer contact.

Then in March 2022, I received an order of an expensive item that had doubled in price, with no notification in advance of the change in cost or of the upcoming shipment. I can't find a record of an Autoship order, either, although the spacing of previous orders suggests that I had one. In any case, I have received no response from the company in my efforts to return the item for a refund, despite repeated attempts to contact them over the past six months.

Desired outcome: Refund of $141 for Adaptil dog calming refills; I would be happy to return the items, since I never opened the package, though I would also be happy to keep them as compensation for my time in attempting to contact the company.

HealthyPets.com Never shipped my order. No customer service.

Worst customer service on the planet. Full of excuses. Ordered 30 days ago and nothing. It was never shipped. Given a false shipping/tracking number. Was told item was out of stock. Then multiple disconnects after attempting to call. Chat feature and email is useless. Web reviews are all the same, negative. Order # SOHP891933. Date ordered: 8/14/22. Want full refund, or full refund and product. Filed a complaint with the BBB.

Desired outcome: FULL & IMMEDIATE Refund.

HealthyPets.com HealthyPets and Entirely Pets are the same company....

I needed medication in a hurry. Ordered from EntirelyPets because it said they had it in stock to ship immediately. After a week I called and asked what was going on. They said it was on backorder, and wouldn't be available for about 3 eeks. I couldn't wait that long. I saw the HealthyPets site said THEY had it in stock for immediate shipment. So I ordered from them. Never showed up. Got an email saying it was backordered for several weeks. Ordered it from 1-800-petmeds...got it OVERNIGHT! Called and cancelled both orders with HealthyPets and EntirelyPets. Noticed their phone number was the same. They work under two different names! Canceled both orders via phone with customer service and she sent me a confirming email for both. A week later, I get charged for $100 from BOTH companies, and receive an email that they shipped the meds.! I called and they said "oh we had it so we were already processing your order last week". So I asked why did you tell me twice that it wouldn't be in stock for 3 weeks. They didn't know. Now I have to ship back both orders, wait till they receive them, then wait for a credit to be issued. It's 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas and I have $200 out of my checking account for meds that I canceled! Stay away from this place. Too many different excuses...it's out of stock...no it was really in stock we just didn't send it to you 2 weeks ago when you ordered it...we don't know why it got sent now if you canceled...etc. It's not that hard people! It's either an OPEN order or it's NOT.

HealthyPets.com Order Not Processed

Placed an order 8/13/21 - didn't show up under my account online - called customer service on 8/20/21 - they first said they had no record of the order then that the payment was declined. When I sent proof that my bank had already processed payment then they said call back on 8/23/21 after they had time to investigate. Called on 8/23/21 and was told the item was on backorder until 8/27/21. Called on 8/27/21 and went through the same scenario the first time I called, no record of the order, then the payment had been declined.

Desired outcome: Full refund of $80.99 for order W-1265092

HealthyPets.com Backorder no. [protected] - no shipment received, no refund & order record disappeared

I received the back-order notification from healthypets.com on 28 Feb, 2020 and didn't get any update afterwards.

I expedite the back-order issues and asked for refund many times since May 2020, I was told that my order record is no more existed in healthypets.com and thus their accounting is hardly arranged the refund.

It was totally unacceptable that I submitted the order record and PayPal payment record to health pets again & again. I couldn't hear any reply from healthpets.com anymore.

HealthyPets.com 34 days no product, emails unanswered poor communication

Placed my order March 24, it's now April 27, still no order. Sent two emails beginning of April with no response. Good luck on calling their customer service line, was on hold for over 35 minutes three times. Finally got through on Phone today 4/27/20 to find out my order is back ordered, you would've thought that they would've sent you something or told you that considering it's been over a month. Had I not of called again today I would still be waiting months for my order. It states all orders shipped in 4 to 8 business days, that's just not true I've been waiting over a month. I'm not a fan this was the first order I have placed with them, I will go back to Chewycom. Customer service is very lacking, Buyers beware no communication at all. They may be cheaper, by a couple dollars, but having to wait months for your order is not worth a couple dollars. Frustrated and irritated as a first time customer. Will not be back. Now I'm just waiting on my refund. Orderd today from Chewie.com, Amazing my order will be here in five days. Can you imagine that? five days from Chewie.com, and I've been waiting 34 so far from you. totally unreal.

HealthyPets.com Bait and switch scam site

This is a bait and switch scam site that will pop up a banner telling you that you have qualified for free shipping, keep the shipping a zero all through the process of entering your information such as credit card numbers and, at the very last step, suddenly shipping is not free.

If you call them on it they will do hand waving about exclusions and send you a link to their policy but once they have told you, in banner letters, you have qualified, exclusions are no longer applicable. It would be different if they said you MAY have qualified.

Basic bait and switch. A scam site pure and simple.

HealthyPets.com Refund request not honored

My initial order was placed via their website and I could not complete the order because their website froze on me. I entered the order again and the confirmation screen appeared. I thought the order was complete and I awaited my 10 doggy bones for a cost of $32.84. A few days later I got 2 shipments and double the charge on my American Express.

I called HelathyPets.com customer service on 9-15-14 and was told to return the duplicate shipment for a full refund. I refused 1 on the packages, returned it to HealthyPets.com, and have USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking to substantiate the return. No refund was give, so I called their customer service on 10-1-14 and was told I would get a full refund in 72 hours, but that never happened. I called their customer service on 10-8-14 and was told that I would get a full refund within 72 hours, and that again never happened. I called back their customer service on 10-14-14, in order to give them a final chance, and was put on hold by their customer service representative, who said he had to speak with a manager. After a minute he came back on the phone and told me I was only going to get a partial refund and not the entire $32.84.

This is the worst customer service I have experienced on a pet supply website. HealthyPets.com gave me the run around for almost a month and I had to call them 4 times. I was promised a full refund and when I pressed for a refund, on the 4th call, they withdrew their previous promise, and went with a partial refund. The issue is this: I did not order something and change my mind. Their website froze on me and that was the reason for the duplicate order. I did not take possession of that duplicate order and they got their merchandise back. I have initiated a dispute with American Express and will never do business with HealthyPets.com again.

HealthyPets.com Delays and damage

charged credit card but shipped nothing becuz one item supposedly on back order even tho site said in stock. when called to complain weeks later, was told items would ship asap. then backordered item, 3 bottles, were sent loose in a envelope and obviously broke in transit. other items arrived a week later. now more than a month has passed and still waiting for credit or replacement. atrocious customer service.

HealthyPets.com False price discount advertising

The e-mail sent to me advertised “SAVE 30% OFF Total Savings” for Frontline Plus. Above the prices shown for Frontline Plus 3-Pack, the website advertised “Marked Prices are 20% off” and below “Use coupon code PETHOLIDAY for an additional 10% off Savings!”, but the prices shown for the “HealthyPets Sale Price” was discounted 16.67% and the “30% off Savings with Code” price was discounted only 25%.

After I placed my order for a 12-pack, the total price after discounts matched the price previously displayed as the “30% off Savings with Code” price. Instead of completing the order, I aborted the order and telephoned customer service. I explained to the customer service representative that the 25% discount was not what was advertised, and I asked if he could make an adjustment so that the savings really were 30%. He told me the prices are firm and he could not change them.

This company is advertising discounts that are blatantly false.

HealthyPets.com Shipping issues

I have had two shipments go awry in the last month. The first problem was with the shipper, but it seems like once the products leaves this company's dock, they feel no responsibility. I finally found the first package, quite a distance from my home, rain-damaged. It appears the shipper did not receive the instructions I left with Healthypets.com.

For the second package, I needed some equine ulcer medicine right away, and so I called to make sure that I had a different shipper and that the product would arrive next day. I was quite clear that the shipment would have to be left, but Healthypets required that that the shipper receive a live signature before releasing the shipment. I had to make special arrangements so that I could have the shipper keep it at a centralized location for me to pick up. In the meantime, my horse is really suffering! I sent an e-mail to them twice for some satisfaction on the extra overnight shipping fees, but received nothing. No apology, no response at all. In this case, there was nothing the shipper could do, but they worked with me to at least get the package second day. The horse is better, thank you, but I won't use them again. Don't order from them if you want anything fast!

Sounds like your at fault for having issues on someone being there to sign for the package. They're not at fault if your shipment is delayed cause nobody is there to sign.

It might be the customs problem..the shipper didn't make everything submitted to customs ..just my thoughts

HealthyPets.com Never buy from them

I am so frustrated with this online store that I have come to write a review. I ordered 2 leashes - shipped one back exactly according their specs with an RA # on my package and to their address, etc at my expense. I have never been credited so I email about every week! They have since responded to 4 of my follow-up emails saying its in the works, being processed. THEN on Dec 28th they said they cannot find my return! 1 month later; and that I need to call Monday thru Sat. I called on my Saturday morning and they told me I have to call Monday for a supervisor to handle returns! Seems like such a scam to me. I would NEVER buy from this company again.

HealthyPets.com Non delivery of my shipment

Dear Sirs,

I ordered Cosequien DS for my dog from healthypets.com at 5th October 2008 and paid $111.45.

I received a shippment confirmation from the side at 10th October 2008 with "order no 3887194" and "Label/Receipt Number: LJ24 5605 311U S”

I have not received my order since a month.

I ordered the same medicine from different internet sides in US, I received max. in 10 days without facing any problem.

Although, I have sent some reminder messages and have made many international calls from Turkey, I did not receive a satisfactory reply from healtypets side about status of my shipment.

There is no track of shipping with “Label/Receipt Number: LJ24 5605 311U S” neither in USPS system nor in Turkish postal service.

This was my first order from this side, but I faced with very poor service quality.

I also asked from healthypets either trace action to delivery of my shipment urgently or compensation of my loss due to their poor service standards. However, I did not receive any satisfactory reply the side yet.

I wait your urgent help in this matter

This is a scam website specializing in bait and switch. It will pop up a big banner saying "You have QUALIFIED for free shipping! ". But when you take the bait and go through the entire order process the free shipping will vanish at the very last step just before you hit return to accept the order. Don't give them your money.

If you contact HealthyPets about their bait and switch they will say it's because of exclusions and send you a link to fine print, however... once they have said "You have Qualified for free shipping", exclusions can no longer be a factor. It would be different if they say "You MAY have qualified". They are doing a bait and switch scam.
