Hero Plumbing review: Complaint

I called Hero Plumbing about a leaking pipe. They came within 3 hours and the plumber was proficient. But the charge was excessive. The pipe leak was simple and took less than $75 parts and less than an hour of labor. The plumber was there for 2 hours most of the time writing estimates for work I didn't want or need. I was charged over $1000 for work that should cost no more than $250. Hero uses scare tactics on seniors and encouraged me to have complicated work done which was absolutely not needed. They seem prey on people who need work done quickly.
