Don't ever pay for their services!
Don't ever pay for their services! After almost a year of getting ZERO customers, the salesperson who got me into this service for online presence, website, etc told me: Your "$900.00 budget is too low. They will tell you and show you graphics of how many clicks and visitors you are getting: all BS. They take your money and never really apply what's needed to boost your business on *** or any other sources. Don't waste your time, effort, and money. You are better off paying *** ads yourself. At least you know for sure that you are actually on *** This is the worse business decision in Marketing I have ever made and I slap myself every day I think about it. Hibu.. if you are reading this, don't even bother answering to me. You should be ashamed of selling something that you know you won't deliver. This is called unfair business practices and the Complaintsboard.com should and will catch up to you very soon.

terrible service
terrible service. every time i called i couldn't contact my rep. *** i did it was just them telling me how i can just change my website myself. what was the point in hiring them if i had to do the work? *** i got the service i was told i could add things after i agreed and got my contract all i was told was yea go throw a 3rd party and add it yourself pay them on top of what you pay us. the design of the website is basic and not worth the monthly 200 dollars to manage witch again you have to make your own changes. i tried to get out of my contract which was a horrible experience once the first payment was made. and the payoff to terminate my contract was to pay them in full for the whole year. i feel robbed, disappointed, and mistreated as a customer. the final [protected]@@K you was when i finally cancel the account they took all the good reviews my customers had left me on *** which i paid for and earned myself the one good thing that came from this whole thing they took with them in the end.

Do not waste your money with these thief's. 2nd year in business and thought I was making the smart decision to build my business. This company swore I'd get results and I actually believed them in the beginning. Once I signed and then had concerns about getting nothing for my investment then I was hit with "you're not spending enough to get the results you want" I wish I'd read the horrible experiences from the previous HIBU victims. DO NOT USE HIBU FOR ANYTHING. ALL LIES! I see they reply with a let us make it right to each negative review. Funny You have my information Hibu, if you truly want to make it right then prove it and stop giving businesses more empty promises!
I had a website that I could not manage myself so I got a call from Tallen that he could market my company to big time success. Wow he was going to do a new website seo himself this guy was superman. I guess I felt desperate and got suckered. So I sent Tallen 152 pictures of my work for the new website and just some of them were used. so the website launched and after a month I could not find it on line. Tallen said give it another month. So after another month he said give it another month. Well I still can't find my site. I quit paying them after I saw these reviews I know if I did work like this I surely would not get paid. I also found out that they have a tier 1 and tier 2 optimization team that does this. It was never mentioned to me. So they said after two months pay us and we will do some optimization when I thought I was getting this all along. The sales people lie and when I mention the reviews they said we deal with 500k customers you will get a few bad reviews. Well I said give me 3 references and I will pay you. That never happened.
HIBU is not worth the money. They promise you great results but can't deliver. I signed up for a six-month contract. After the first 2 months I was getting no calls, the Sales Rep got on the phone with the IT guy at HIBU and they tweaked the program so I would get more calls. It did not work. They would not let me out of the 6-month contract so I paid for a service that did not deliver. For September 2022 I got 2,245 impressions, 94 clicks and 8 calls. Of the 8 calls, 2 were wrong numbers, another 2 were solicitors. The other 4 calls were from 2 potential clients that called twice. Both potential clients were out of state which is of no use to me. So, for $2,654 a month I got nothing. It was the same results for the prior months.
They reinstated my contact without my consent and refused to cancel it or stop billing me. The representative was condescending, abusive and refused to stop the unlawful billing. Absolutely the worst company I have ever encountered.
We were approached by hibu door to door sales reps in February
We were approached by hibu door to door sales reps in February. We decided to use their service. After COVID hit we contacted our sales rep to see if they could hold our account (long shot but worth it). No response. Attempted to contact once more. Nothing. Then attempted to contact due there guarantee that they would bump up our SEO within our area. Based on Google metrics we had actually fallen within the time period with Hibu. So we attempted to contact them. No response. Had questions about the review cards that are worthless because they don't actually post to google. Contact them again with no response. Their pitch to us, in the beginning, was customer service. There was literally zero of that. After 4 attempts to contact them, we decided to cancel the card. That got their attention. Immediately received calls that we needed to pay our bills. When asked about why they didn't return emails or calls from our reps. Their response was basically it's not corporates problems that is the sales rep problems.

So agree with every bad review there is one this site. The only reason Im giving them 3 stars is because of the sales rep I worked with. *** was very helpful in assisting us in cancelling their services. They were going to put our tiny business out of business!I recommended to him that he has their executives take a look at this site because when you talk to them theyll tell you they have a 5 star rating. Guess they never looked here at all the poor frustrated companies!
Hibu is the biggest scam. They charged me thousands of dollars and provided 2 blog posts and said each blog post and my local ranking cost over $3k per month! They are fraud and will try to sell anything and then nothing is provided. It was the biggest waste of money I have spent on my business yet. I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with them! This is a complete Scam! Horrible experience, a waste of money, a waste of time. They overpromised and underdelivered. Don't make the same mistakes we've made. Run away from HIBU. If I could give zero stars I would!
Absolutely terrible results. I should have quit when the first Web site proposed was a disaster and the opposite of what I asked for. This after three meetings with my agent and the person responsible for building the Web site. All I got out of six months of participating was a slew of spam phone calls. I only received two legitimate leads, neither of which were a good fit for my divorce mediation business. Then when I advised I would be canceling after my 6 month commitment, they refused to cancel and continued to autodraw from my bank account to the point where I was required to close the bank account to stop the auto draws from continuing. Making matters worse, the initial agent who connected me with Hibu in the first place disappeared entirely and has not responded to my emails or FB messages. After asking another reputable company to review their work, I was advised that the approach to building SEO credibility to direct traffic to my Web site was outdated and ha don chance of being successful. Run, don't walk away if you are approached by this company.

We hired a digital strategist on thumbtack to later find out he is a sales rep for Hibu (when he already took our credit card info, and then connected our social media pages with Hibu) so we had no idea that we were "hiring" them. Our experience with Hibu has been terrible form the beginning, our Google my business got suspended when syncing it to their dashboard, and was suspended for a month, we've gotten maybe 2-3 calls from their google ads in 2 months (all from from people that live 6 hrs from where we are based), no messages or comments on their Facebook ads and we are spending $1200 a month. Our Facebook ads were down for 1-2 weeks, then it was finally up and it was the wrong ad. No results, no customer service, no help. Just like everyone else here, there is no signed agreement, no recorded call to prove that there was a verbal agreement and they still try to make you stay in a 6 month contract, they want to charge you money but they deliver no clients or results. Don't make the same mistake we did, DO NOT HIRE THEM.
I wish I had read the reviews before signing up with them! This is a complete Scam, we invested 5.3k for 6 months for zero results. I called and email them several times complaining about the results, and they don't care at all. We had a "dedicated" specialist who was only dedicated to not talking to us. The account manager we had, *** only replied until we signed the contract. After the first month, he never replied to the emails anymore. Horrible experience, a waste of money, a waste of time. They overpromised and underdelivered. After we ended the contract with them we signed with another company and the results were awesome.Don't make the same mistakes we've made. Run away from HIBU.If I could give zero stars I would!
I have had three months of trying to cancel this company . I completed a 12 month contract then i decided to not do business any longer . Then i have been harrassed by the employees with threats and more bills . we will be in court over this . it is up to them how far they want to go!
We have canceled their service three times over the last three years, and they keep billing us. They are committing fraudulent charges.

If it was possible to rate 0 stars or negative stars I would!
If it was possible to rate 0 stars or negative stars I would! This company is a sham! They have not done anything for our account for at least 5 years accept for charging our credit card a recurring charge. Shame on us for not catching it, however, we are a large company and this slipped through the cracks. We never received statements or emails for this account, they just charged our card every month. When we did call & cancel they wanted to squeeze one more month out but we changed credit cards so they were not able to. Now this was the first we heard from them in years...they started calling and calling and calling for this $100 charge, they began verbally threatening with legal action and sent threatening legal letters. The phone calls were very aggressive! They received this $100 monthly fee from us for years without providing us with any type of service AT ALL! I'm going to go ahead and pay this last fee, but I do feel a little better since they had to actually work for this last fee with all of the effort and time they had to put into it! Apparently they really need this $100 for not doing anything!

What a scam!
What a scam! Their sales guy who showed up and convinced us that he can increase our *** reviews and improve our branding. He promised to let us choose the pictures and approve every ad. He lied. He messed our hours of operations and address on our website, the *** reviews were actually *** reviews that he lied about. He also created ads with distorted images that he could not fix. I cannot believe how incompetent and dishonest this man is. Oh did I mention that he forgot to tell us that we will be charged for two months up front, his excuse is that he was new!Luckily, we are great with getting back control fairly quickly, we disconnected their access so they don't make more mistakes. we did a charge back and we cancelled out credit cards. I have sent them dozens of emails and nothing was done to fix the mistakes, We spent countless hours to fix their mistakes. This is a fraudulent company. Everything is automated so there is nothing customized. I regret not reading these reviews prior to signing up. I am going to post the same review on as many local groups as possible to spread awareness of what this company have done to my business. I hope this helps someone before they fall for the same trap.

I spent no less than 3 months trying to cancel after a 12 month commitment
I spent no less than 3 months trying to cancel after a 12 month commitment. The initial process building the site and their service was not bad. HOWEVER upon trying to complete the cancelation after taking a new site to another provider... My account rep could not process, the customer service rep could not process... ONLY one department with 6 people working could. well Alot of people must be canceling because over 3 months i made no less than 10 attempts to reach someone. Every time i was on hold for over *** sorry were busy please contact your sales rep if you need something... Goodbye.after all of this i finally got a customer service person to stay on hold with me while awaiting the right person to cancel... she and i both got no result 3 times until she internally requested someone to answer and then magically the line picked up. at that time it was easy and painless to cancel.a ticket was opened to look at crediting me for the 3 months bills only to be emailed today by a manager saying no adjustment will be issued. as a business owner... my time is worth about *** an hour... i should be billing for 15k and only requested someone to do SOMETHING...Terrible customer service

The lack of transparency when singing up has got me in a loss
The lack of transparency when singing up has got me in a loss. I basically want to cancel after two months, sorry cant do it and itll go to collections if I dont pay. Needless to say they sales pitch you to the point of signing a contract in promises of this that and the next thing. When it doesnt happen your sales rep will say it takes months, months, months to do that. You can also put your adds on hold at any time, but what he failed to mention was you still have your $600ish fee per month while on hold. Weather it works or doesnt work I wouldnt give my rep the sweat off my nuts if he was dying of thirst. Why wasnt someone on me about *** ads getting proper setup with that as promised. No big deal I either pay the other 6k on top of the 3k I paid or go to court. No early termination fee either. Here sign this on my computer and a payment of $xxxx no paper copy whatever (meanwhile the salesmans thinking YES! I keep my job for another week, got another sucker to Secure my employment ! Whooooooo)Just remembered I was supposed to hear back from that snake on a possibility of a reduced monthly service charge, only crickets The only call when they want your $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I see I'm not the only one with a complaint on this company
I see I'm not the only one with a complaint on this company. I have been with them since 2014. Use to have a rep come every year to update my web site and that stopped within 3 years. I'm a busy wedding florist. I was getting more business from The Knot and Wedding Wire than my website at $81.00 monthly. I contacted them numerous times with problems. The brides that tried to contact me through my website could not send the information form on there. So they emailed me directly. Phone numbers were wrong. They kept sending me monthly updates of how well I was doing. What a joke. Not sure what number these ghost customers were calling. Last summer I was told my "contract" was up in March. When I called to cancel in February I was told by their rep that I didn't have a year to year contract. It was month to month. Imagine that! I could of cancelled long ago. Every time I remembered to cancel it was past my so called contract date. I called my Credit card company in February and told them to stop all payments to this company, and disputed the $81.00 charge, which they did in my favor. Now Hibu keeps hounding me, sending emails, calling on the phone..threatening me from their "legal" team.. Over $81.00..and I paid Over $13,000 to them over those 14 years. I may call my legal team to get on them for harassment.

Fraud and Lies!
Fraud and Lies! The local rep spent months working me to sign a contract. I finally agreed but with modifications, (90 days with guarantee of 5 leads a month), could cancel if it did not perform. The online associate was never available after the initial contact and neither was my local rep. I tried to email and call. No contact was ever reciprocated. I received about 6 leads during the entire 90 days, none of them were legitimate. I emailed to cancel with the company on day 89. " they were sorry to see me go" and followed up with a supervisor that wanted to compromise and work a settlement. I refused, I was already very disappointed. I disputed the charges on my BoA card. HIBU then mysteriously produced a YEAR contract to BoA and said it was legitimate. I NEVER signed for a year. It was a 90 day contract guaranteeing 5 leads a month and if it performed I would be in contract for 6 months with option to continue. I signed this on the computer belonging to my local rep. He was to forward the signed contract to me so I would have a copy. He never sent it. When I saw the "revised" edition that was sent to BoA, the only part I recognized was the final page with my signature! I have spent so much time dealing with HIBU and BoA that I am turning to the TN Attorney General for help. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY! Stephanie Clausen Knoxville TN

I cancelled HIBU after my years contract
I cancelled HIBU after my years contract. I was promised by my salesman that what made Hibu better then their competition was the "partnerships that we would form", that they would "contact me on a regular basis to check in with me", and that "they are here for me". I signed up with my salesman and never personally heard from them again other then a monthly email report (just like I get from google). I chalked up my ill-advised purchase as due to my misconceptions and possibly poor judgement. When my year was up January first I cancelled my contract figuring it was a learning experience. On January 12th I got an invoice for the upcoming month. I immediately located a customer service email and emailed them again to cancel before the month started. I received an email back with the typical call us to visit about your cancelling. Today February 12th I got another invoice. This time I called the customer service number While I was on hold I heard the same pitch my salesman gave me. These messages confirmed I did not misunderstand their pitch. When I asked them about all of my perceived expectations, I was basically told "no we only send you a monthly email but if you want to contact us we can help". This is not what I was sold on. But what really sent me over the edge in our phone conversation is that with all the stuff they insinuated that they provide, but don't feel the need to fulfill as its not in the contract. However in the fine print is that I have to "call" to cancel. The final blow was when I said "okay I am cancelling verbally today the day of billing and I am going to let bygones be bygones" they still would not cancel the month that has not even started. This shows where their moral compass points; money not customer relations. Absolutely not worth the money-so many better small companies that actually care

----------Stay away from these SCAMMERS
----------Stay away from these SCAMMERS. ***y will stop at nothing to hassle you and steal your hard earned money!----------Hired HIBU to run my ads for and I have a full trail of emails asking them that they need to run my ads in my own *** ads account and *** ads account. When I asked for reviews from previous clients, they pasted 3 review screenshots (probably fake) in their email and were not able to give me the link to any independent website. ***y immediately charged my card $10,0000 and hooked me into a contract for 6 months. Red flags started to appear on day# 1 *** AD - *** ad expert" they assigned to me by Hibu's project manager's own admission was the "lowest in the food chain". She literally clicked a few buttons here and there dumped some stock photos in the ad and started running the ad. I was shocked by the incompetence of the ad copy. She even used a stock image (which I had only shown them as an example and clearly told them to not use it due to copyright issues). *** ad was so bad that I could have hired a 5 year old and they would have done a better job, I promise. I complained to them and they quickly switched to defensive mode. Instead of admitting they have no ide how to run *** ads, they told me "we suggest your explore *** ads instead". I told them to immediately stop running the *** ads because I was shocked by their incompetence. *** AD - ***y made some unauthorized changes to my *** profile which caused *** to suspend my profile and I am still struggling to get it unlocked. Although, the money was taken out on day one, the person assigned to run the *** ad for me did not do anything for the entire month. ***re was no communication and I had to keep pestering them for "status". *** only clicks I have ever got from these ads are from SPAM BOTS. I still have an entire list of SPAM left by BOTs on the incompetent ads they created.

Part 1 of Hibu Review: *"Become Educated Unlike Me
Part 1 of Hibu Review: *"Become Educated Unlike Me." My experience follows recommendation. 1st of all read the contract. It is 118 pages long where they basically are not responsible for anything that they may or may not do. Pay attention to 10(b) 20(c) 21(a) 22 and under Service terms for Website-Vertical 3(c) 3(d). This is how the Sales pitch should have gone. "We can't use your existing website because it *** and we need to redesign so we can get the best *** results. The fee for the new website is $250. The *** contract you signed up for is 6 months at $750. If you decide to cancel you have 2 choices. Lose all the *** that has been done including your website will be shut down and you don't need to pay anything else. The website you paid for cannot be transferred because sites can cost up to $10,000 and we don't offer that service. We understand you had a poor website to begin with but understand if you cancel you will have nothing. Your second choice is to downgrade your service for $225 because that is the only option. Again we will not transfer the site you paid for, nor do we offer just standard hosting of a site. So when can I sign you up."So my question is ? Would you still want to do business understanding that this is the reality of the contract. NOW for my experience. What was left out, or how things were worded. If you cancel you won't lose anything and all the work paid for won't be wasted. No mention of losing everything, downgrading site so I would not have wasted my money. I'm sorry you misunderstood. I can't misunderstand anything if it was never talked about. Well you know some places charge $10,000 for their website design but I will help you get a free *** landing page. At no point was I ever told that after my 6 month contract of $750 had to be downgraded to a fee of $225 month to month but as you can see at any point I would still lose all.In the 118 Pages of the Hibu contract I do see that says needs to be downgrade. My fault I did n

I signed up for a marketing ad service through Hibu
I signed up for a marketing ad service through Hibu. The sales rep was not clear at all on pricing and terms. I had them build a website and initially run social media ads which I was told at the time once the website was built that I would be able to keep it and continue using it as it was my property not the property of Hibu. Found out that was false and was lied to about all of it, when you cancel a contract (if you are even able to do that, they discard the website and you can no longer use it you can only keep the "content" on the page but not the page itself). I have reached out to management and called in multiple times and not once since 2-26-22 have I heard anything from them, no emails in return, no phone contact, absolutely nothing from management. I have repeatedly asked the customer service line to cancel my service or get rid of the extra services that I don't want or need to no avail. Initially I told the sales rep the pricing should be approximately *** a month and he agreed it would be about there and I got hit with a ***+ bill in the first month and over ***+ every month after that. Cant talk to anyone there and no-one will contact you back with your concerns. They just tell you "there is nothing we can do and only management can change anything". Management never contacts you or calls you back. Can't change my website to what I want and I never approved the design. All they did was reword my original website, can't fix the social media ads which are copies of what I posted. I just want my contract cancelled so I don't have to pay over a thousand a month for absolutely nothing. I talked to a customer service rep last week *** and was told my contract was up this month so no more bills, called 8-9-22 found out that was a lie and they changed it to sept so I'm out another ***+ dollars. The sales reps are absolute liars and this company is a scam, worst company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

I established a relationship with Hibu Inc. in February 2022. I was locked into a 12 month agreement; however, I have since learned that a 6 month agreement was possible but not offered to me. The monthly charge has been $129 per month. I believe I have paid them for four months. During the first couple of weeks, they made my business available to a number of search engines. However, since that time, they have not provided anything other than a monthly analytical report which has not changed. In June (separate issue), due to being scammed, I closed all my bank accounts and credit cards. They originally verbally promised to do ads for me; however, I learned there were a number of packages each of which cost more than the $129 a month. They have actually done nothing to earn $129 a month. Because I closed my credit card they had on file, they could no longer charge me. I did not give them my new card number and I want out of the agreement. My account number is ***.
Unethical business practices from an unethical company. Charged us for services that we didn't receive. They take a strategic approach, obstructing of any cancellation of their products. Which of course means they will continue to loose customers since their focused on taking your money instead of delivering value to customers. Took us a whole year to get everything cancelled; literally. You must document everything with them, never take anything as fact that they tell you on a phone call - it must be in writing. If you send them a letter you must get a signature on delivery or they will deny they ever received it. Bottom line is stay away from Hibu because they will attempt to cheat you at every turn. They should focus their energy on making things for their inherited customer base instead of milking them every month they can.
Hibu provided an 800 number to monitor website and the number had an option to hit "1" for SMS notifications which there were no SMS notifications going out or they could stay on the line and the message said someone will be with you shortly. The call just hangs up and there was no one monitoring the calls. Also, my area of doing business is ***, *** and the calls that came in were all from states clear across the country, not in my area of doing business. Then my program was altered to social media alone and ads were going out to various social media platforms. The problem was the phone number listed for me on the ads was not a working number. So, if anyone called, it went to a recorded message stating this is not an active number. Hibu did offer to give me a partial credit, but as far as I'm concerned, there is no way to know if the marketing efforts I have been paying for since March were working because of these issues with the 800 # that just hung up on people or the ads with the phone number that was not a working number. Yet, Hibu thinks I should continue to pay them for their incompetence. I requested to cancel my contract which they would not allow and said I needed to pay for the 1 month remaining. I am not in agreement because of all of their mistakes. I should not need to pay them for their incompetence. There were other things they did, but the ultimate goal of doing business was to get business. If clients cannot contact me because of bad phone numbers, who knows how much business I missed out on due to their incompetence. They have indicated they will not allow me to cancel my contract and will continue to try to get paid. I do not feel I should pay them any more money since their services were flawed costing me who knows how many clients. They expect me to continue to pay even though they could never get it right.
I am again disappointed with Hibu
I am again disappointed with Hibu. I have no confidence that Hibu can perform and deliver what was represented in our initial discussion with *** Fehrie and you. When I saw the post of the Eggs Florentine on our *** page Saturday afternoon - that was the last straw. All you did was paste the copy of the photo that I sent you. You left out the description of the Dish and did not follow the format I sent you. I talked to you about enhancing the picts to highlight the plates (cut out needless background) but so far nothing has been edited. We engaged you on August 13th. The first add you posted was poorly written and very generic with words like delicious. Although as soon as I saw it I protested to you how unhappy I was with the Copy you did not change it, all though I had uploaded 25 plus files of picts and hooks to both *** and you. When I told you I needed a *** ASAP you never got around to it. Twice I contacted you on a Monday and never got anything accomplished all week. All you gave me were excuses, once you did not get back to me until the next Monday. I could go on and on how you dropped the ball and failed to deliver what you promised. We bargained for a company that could take our picts and our ad copy and be creative in formatting and displaying for a professional image. It was my understanding you had creative teams that could pick colors that grab attention and software that could enhance images and designs.I told both you and *** Fehriethat our business is unique, we have no competition within 60 miles (We are the only theme restaurant with wine and cocktails). HIBU, the makers of Yellowbook, sent our business a letter in the mail stating that they were no longer publishing a physical phone book, but were now going to online only listings. Our owners decided that when the contract was up, that we would not renew. Normally HIBU had a sales person contact us annually to renew our contract. We were not contacted about a contract renewal this spring, as we had been previously. Instead, we were sent an invoice for online listings that we did not agree to. We DID NOT sign a contract renewal this year. We had NO verbal agreement. We have received multiple phone calls and bills stating that we owe HIBU for services we DID NOT agree to- we did not ask for. They refuse to cancel the charges but would only mark on our account that we refused to pay for something we never owed anyway. When we search online, we cannot even see where we are listed with HIBU. It seems they are trying to blackmail people into paying for services they did not contract for. We are not interested in online-only advertising. We only contracted with HIBU in previous years for a physical presense in an actual, tangible phonebook. We are concerned that HIBU will report this to credit bureaus, and this will affect our excellent credit score. This is unfair, illegal, and a huge waste of our time and resources. We are a tiny company and it seems we are being bullied by a large corporation.
I pay $1139 per month for the creation and management of social media *** for lead generation. The following are the issues I have had after 4 monthly payments (w/a 6 month contract):- For 2 weeks my ad did not run at all, no call and no contact regarding this. It wasn't until I called HIBU to find out what was going on that your team realized there was an issue. I was promised a discount (50% discount was discussed on a call with ***) on July 11th for this issue that I never received.- I also asked my media coordinator, ***, for a suggestion of a different type of ad to run to obtain leads at which time she stated "unsure what would need to be changed at this point". Your agreement clearly states that you provide "Creating and managing social pages" but nothing was created by HIBU. I had to create and manage all campaigns myself, HIBU merely posted them... sometimes.- I requested a change to the, active ad campaign on July 26th. I emailed images and the new ad text I wanted to be run on 7/26/22 and on 8/2/22 I was told the images were too large and the team couldn't use images sent. I called the HIBU provided me by my rep to resolve the issue the same day I was informed of this, 8/2/22, and uploaded the images directly to the HIBU website. I never heard anything back from anyone at HIBU. I called HIBU and left message at 10:14am MST on 8/9/22 to voice my frustration with no phone call back and as of 8/10/22, that ad was still not updated. Only to find out later from an email from HIBU at 10:35am MST that they still can't use the images uploaded to the HIBU website. However, I spoke to *** in *** on 8/10/22, who stated they use large image files for other clients all the time and HIBU is able to shrink them to the correct ad size. He confirmed the images were in my account and ready to use.
I had an advertising contract with hibu, it expired in July 2022. I received a monthly bill, I called them and reconfirmed I did not renew. I have received another bill with late fees, I called again and stated I did not renew and I always paid in full not monthly, the 1st time I called he said we sent you an email, I told them I never received one. The 2nd time I called she said we sent a notice in the mail, once again I told them I never received it. Also I never gave a verbal approval or written approval, hibu stated if you got the bill you got the notice, I DID NOT, she said they will continue to charge me this fee. I own D.P. plumbing is the name of co.If this is how they do business it's wrong and I should not have to pay the fee

Prior to entering into an agreement with Hibu and their services there were several conference calls including several meetings with a technical person on their team. I asked Very specific questions and details of what was going to be done and what their services included. One very specific part of the conversation was about our website. We have created very specific pages for the certain cities to target. These city specific landing pages existed prior to hiring Hibu. The intention that we agreed on was that they were going to work on SEO would be related to the specific city page that was already created. This DID NOT happen. They Also were supposed to provide changes for approval PRIOR to any actual changes to the website. This DID NOT happen. I found by randomly checking my website that the HOME PAGE had been edited that was not supposed to. The font and scheme did not match. The website was also changed so that it was not sizing properly for a mobile device. I made several phone calls to support without any resolution. Finally after several ***, a supervisor, got involved and he did some research. He acknowledged that someone with his company did make the changes. I also requested that the changes be removed and restored back to original condition. After a few conversations, it became clear that their work was done without following their policy and procedures. There was a complete breakdown in communication. There was also a lot of back and forth before I could get an acknowledgement. My website developer HiFive and their CEO *** had advised me to stop immediately and that they could do more damage if I allowed them to continue. After consideration I requested to terminate any work with Hibu immediately and request a refund. Due to Multiple breakdowns in their communication I had no confidence in them fixing the issues. I have over 14 years of equity and resources invested into the site. The best resolution was to terminate

I hired Hibu to build me a website and perform SEO services for my company. *** is my agent. They built my website incorrectly, using a false phone number, making it impossible for customers to reach me via my website. I have emailed and called *** everyday for 2 months now. I have begged her so many times to fix it and she will not. I talked to her managers ***, ***, and a Tier ONE manager ***. Its been 2 months now, they charged $2400 for this website and I am tired of begging them to fix my phone number I want my money back. I need to get my money back this is absolutely ridiculous. They keep trying to say, we fixed the number its your cookies and your cache , not only have I cleaned my cookies and catche, I have used different devices, on different sides of town, and the wrong number still remains showing as of today. My website was live may 25th, today is July 14th, and the wrong number still shows. I have evidence of this, I have videos earasing my catche/history/cookies, and the wrong number still shows. I am demanding a full refund. I have also recorded every phone conversation Ive had with *** and ***, illustrating that they dont wAnt to own their mistake. What a freaking joke. I have been a client of Hibu for 2 years. I pay $210 monthly for a website called DesignandSellHomesfl.com . Im March I spoke to my sales person about adding in SEO so I would get more traffic to my website. She said yes and it would cost an additional $400 a month for a total of $610 monthly. I agreed for her to do this. Two Months into the process I emailed her and asked to cancel it because I felt like I could better use of my marketing dollars. I have the email and will attach it where I asked her if we could cancel and she responded with NO...you must be invoiced 6 times before you can cancel. I NEVER signed any contract nor did I agree to a BINDING contract of a 6 month term. The company will not let me out of the 6 months and they continue to late *** me and they will not remove the website or service until after 6 months! I see on many Complaintsboard.com's that so many others have had the same complaints and have been scammed by this company. I spoke to legal counsel who told me I do not have a legal obligation to this company however they are now having collections calling me.
HIbu Frauds the services they render in digital marketing. The rep *** told me I was going to receive bulk advertising prices because Hibu buys the ads in bulk. (This was a lie) What actually happened was the opposite. Hibu utilized the *** newsfeed (a free posting service that has zero value and is not to be used for paid advertisements. As soon as I realized that *** bait and switched me I demanded a cease and desist of the ads that I never approved to run on a free news feed. The free ads started on 5/26 and were deactivated on 6/9. HIbu flat cancelled the contract on 6/9 that was supposed to run 6 months . I paid *** on 5/16 and was told by the same rep that I would not be charged and that the amount would be prorated from the date the ads started to run. Ads never ran Newsfeed posts (free) are not ads. I demanded a full refund and on 6/9 I received and email showing no monies due and the contract cancelled. Hibu again lied no refund was processed until 07/08/2022 in the amount of *** This is not the *** that I paid them it is short by over ***. My credit card company sent me an invoice that looks very different from the invoice that Hibu provided to me with a zero on it. Now Hibu is claiming that I owe them for prorated services performed on 6/10/6 That is days after the contract was completely cancelled. Hibu never received my signature on a contract. Hibu never had my credit card present to charge Hibu is falsifying invoices they have never provided to me as a customer. *** is charging customers for things that *** provides free of charge and purporting they are paid advertisements. This is fraud on so many levels and I want to be refunded the balance of the monies I never agreed to pay to them after the contract was cancelled.

When I signed up with Hibu on 3/3/2022, I wanted an ad team with great ideas that could run a successful ad campaign, without my help. The salesman talked me into doubling my initial budget, promising me he was going to call often & make sure that my ads were working well. I told him I had been burned before & was scared to commit. Within a few days, he was silent. When the ad process started, I was unhappy about how automated the process was. From the start, I sent in several emails explaining my business, my line of work, & what is unique about me. I want my ads to stand out with strong hooks to convert my audience & bring in leads! The first set of social & search ads were a mess. They didnt make sense or reflect what I had shared in my emails. Then they got published even though I requested changes. My search terms were limited/wrong, too. No one researched which key words to use until I told them to. When I called, they used my words for the *** key terms. Some things were altered for me, but HIBU "experts" werent telling me what would be successful or contributing creative ideas. I had to speak with several people to fix issues. There wasn't 1 person taking care of me (until I wanted to cancel). I felt like it was all on me. The whole month, my *** were very low with no leads. After a few weeks, a few outside marketing experts looked at my ads & told me they were useless. I had been sending in different pictures for more *** & nothing changed. At the end of the first month, I wrote a new social *** it in. I started asking outside professionals to write a new search ad. It occurred to me that I couldnt depend on my ad team & what was I paying them for? Then I emailed my rep to say that I wasnt happy & wanted to cancel. No answer. I called & found out I had a new rep. *** made promises too, but she can't rebuild my trust. The ad services were incompetent. $779/mo is a lot of *** not willing to risk more!

I have a contract with Hibu which is supposed to do the marketing for my company. To start off I didnt have the contract until the past month, all started with a sales representative called ***. Back to last year I spoke to her and said the pictures that Id like to have in my website werent great pictures, the marketing was on the water my radius .I reached out and a new person called *** was the new representative. We met and she promised a lot of improvements, which I never saw them. So, I emailed her and it started this back forth. First I sent her pictures that I would like in my website, made her aware that I dont have *** or instagrams account nor access for my business. In one of the calls, she mentioned that my fianc had created the *** and she posted pictures there, while it was not the truth. She kept this emails non professional and lying all the time, changing in every call the history. I had a 3 way phone call between me, her and my fianc and she said she never said that and me as a business owner should read contracts before I sign, on top of that without my authorization she put my account to be cancelled. Again I reached out them and I spoke to her manager which always has a full mailbox and never gets back to you, but of course in between I had a lot of people calling me and taking me to no where. So her manager *** started off against me and very defensive about her co worker, he probably realized all the bad just looking my account and said I would have an early cancellation or refund and he would get back to me. Later on I got an email from Hibu offereing me a credit from there services, as I was paying for website, google, *** and instagram and they were not doing there job, 1200$ monthly. I called the corporate and *** called me and said she couldnt hear me, but never got back or replied me and Im still trying to figure out.My contract ends in 2 months and they play this game on purpose.
I paid this company to build my website, link for SEO, but now they are wanting another $700.00 to register a domain. I have paid them almost $2000.00 already and still do not have a working website. I no longer trust this company and want a full refund of all money I have paid to them.
When Hibu first switched from Yellowbook years ago we tried Hibu. They took our money and never advertised what was agreed upon. We canceled. Fastforward, last year a new rep called us and told us Hibu had changed since then. And he said we would not have a contract. Give them a chance. We did. $1300 a month worth. Our social campaign took month to activate, our *** was never hooked up, I never received a report on my actual pay per click from *** which $500 a month was allotted for that. In Jan 2022 we added a referral option, which unbenounced to us locked us into a contract! I have been trying to cancel my account for 2 months and they will not allow me to until I pay them the $2600 they deceitfully put a contract on us for! We never signed the contract and was never made aware of it. On the signature page of so called contract, It is signed by someone saying "telephone authorization"! And the box was checked off by someone other than us saying we agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement. We were NEVER made aware of this at any time or I NEVER would have added services and signed this contract!
We received a *** which I thought was for our yearly yellow book pages listing. I paid the *** which I thought was for the year. The next month, I received another *** and was puzzled because I had paid this already the prior month. I contacted Hibu The only service we have ever done with them or signed an agreement for (which we usually did yearly although we had no contact this year) was for a print in the yellow pages. They told me that the *** was not for my print listing but a monthly charge for a digital listing online. I told them that I never requested this service nor wanted this service from them and had never contacted us to approve the service or charges. They stated they sent me an email and a letter via *** stating that they no longer did print services and were automatically switching us over to *** told them that I never received either of those and requested documentation they were sent, which they still to date have never provided. When I called their customer service, she stated that she would file for a refund and discontinue our service. A few days later, I received an email saying that "we have determined that no adjustment is warranted. Your marketing will continue to *** as contracted." I am not sure to what or how I am contracted, because as I previously explained we did not contract them to provide digital services for us and never received any correspondence from them at all. My contract states they can do auto renewal if they give us notice and it is in successive issues of such directory. It does not agree to them converting us to another type of service instead. If you need any further documentation from me, I would be happy to provide it, just let me know what you would like.
On 2/24 we entered into a contract for advertising in the GF/EGF/Grafton printed phone directory
On 2/24 we entered into a contract for advertising in the GF/EGF/Grafton printed phone directory. I paid the invoice IN FULL on 6/10 in the *** of $741.12 to receive the discount & because Hibu's billing depart. can never seem to get their billing correct, so I wanted to ensure we made a one time only pymt w/them. Each yr they contact us to see if we want to advertise in the next yr's directory & if we wish to make any changes. On 5/3/22, we rec'd a notice that we owed a pymt from the prior yr contract. This had already been PIF on 6/10. April *** of Hibu confirmed our account was *** would remove the billing charges. On 6/3/22 we received another invoice for the prior yr contract which had been PIF on 6/10.On 7/11/22 we rec'd an invoice dated 7/3/22 for a $68.00 monthly charge for a "Digital" Yellowbook directory. We did not authorize this. I spoke to a number of Hibu employees today & they all repeated the same robotic statement that we apparently rec'd a letter in March or April 2022 stating the print directory was going to digital instead. Hibu just billed us even though we did not consent to this service. When I told them we did not agree to this, Will from Hibu told me we had an automatic renewal clause in our contract. I told him we have never automatically renewed. We have always gotten a phone call from Hibu to advertise for the next year. I asked Will to send me a copy of the contract. Hibu is notorious for not sending a copy of the contract & sending a very illegible copy of the ad agreement. Our contract on 2/4 which Will emailed clearly states PRINT directory. It also states under the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL section it is based on the SAME *** AS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT. Digital directory is NOT the same as a printed phone book sent out to our customer base. *** is very deceptive. After 9 yrs & $6,699.96 of ads, they are deceptively trying to con clients into digital services which we did not order.

On May 6th 2022, I had advised my account rep and salesperson to suspend our service because we weren't getting any business from the service
On May 6th 2022, I had advised my account rep and salesperson to suspend our service because we weren't getting any business from the service and that I would reach out to her with the next moves. That email went out to *** and ***. On June 27th, After much deliberation and meetings with my partner, I text my claims salesperson (***) that we could no longer continue the service as we were continuously losing money and felt like we couldn't compete with the bigger companies. She did respond and say that the team would like to have one last meeting with me on July 12th before cancelling the service. On 7/8/22 without my say so or agreement, HIBU decided to resume my service. They said they "sent an email" stating that the service would resume. On 8/12/22 they charged my credit card nearly $10,000.00. When I called to say what is this they said well we sent you an email that your service would resume and you did not respond to it. - They made a decision to reactivate my account without so much as making a phone call when they just admitted that I had never responded to their email which is usually a good indicator that I didn't see an email from them. We get hundreds of emails a day. They also KNEW I had spoken to my rep and told them I was cancelling the service. - They wanted to have one last meeting with me on the 12th presumably to try and convince me to stay with them BUT THEY REACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT ON THE 8TH. WHY WOULD YOU REACTIVATE AN ACCOUNT 4 DAYS PRIOR TO A MEETING ABOUT A CANCELLATION.- They said my salesperson has no authority to cancel my account. I brought this up to *** and *** on 5/6/22 via email to which they did respond so we know they got the email - Lastly and the best of it all, they reactivated my account on 7/8/22. In a month and a half I didn't get a single call from their service which is another reason why I didn't know they did this which only further evidence of the terrible service provided by this company.

We contacted this business to terminate our contract with them exactly one year ago 2019
We contacted this business to terminate our contract with them exactly one year ago 2019. Their service representative explained 2 months prior we could only cancel our contract in the month of when it began, which seemed odd. At any rate, we followed their guidelines and called 2 months later. We spoke to the representative and cancelled our contract in July. 8 months later, with NO BILLINGS STATEMENTS EMAILED OR MAILED TO OUR BUSINESS, they had been withdrawing monies from our account every month. Discovered this when we received an email stating that our account would automatically be renewed. We immediately called to discover that our account HAD NOT BEEN cancelled and their was no record of it - in the same conversation we again attempted to cancel. The representative cancelled one of the contracts but not the other stating we had to wait for the full year. It was ridiculous enough they hadn't terminated the contract from the year previous when we had called to cancel. They leeched $2500 from our account with no record of us canceling in 2019. We called again yesterday to cancel and their representative gave us a most difficult time drawing out the termination procedure going on to explain our advertisement via the website would lose much business...and being extremely rude to us. He kept going back to the beginning of the cancellation procedure stating again and again we would lose much business canceling our website and asking us again and again if we truly wanted to cancel. Plain and simple, this termination should have happened one year ago...and now this representative was rude to us and trying to waste our time asking us numerous times if we wanted to cancel. A business should not have to go through such an ordeal to cancel. And the representative should not waste a business's time and be rude. They should've cancelled our contract one year ago when we requested it. They had been funneling monies from our account without ever sending or emailing us a bill.
In Nov. 2020, a HIBU representative contacted me for advertising in their final print directory.
In Nov. 2020, a HIBU representative contacted me to advertise in a HIBU print directory for 1 year, marking the end of their printed books. He quoted a monthly rate of $61, with a full payment discount of 3.5%. Annually, I pay in full for print ads, and they check if I want to continue. I agreed to renew for the upcoming year. By Nov. 2021, print ads ceased locally, so I didn't advertise with HIBU. In April 2022, 17 months after my last payment to HIBU, I received a bill for $65. Upon inquiry, they claimed I was 'converted' to digital services without my consent. I hadn't used HIBU since my final payment in Nov. 2020. A representative canceled my account and directed me to seek a credit. I was promised an email update within 5 days, implying a zero balance. Instead, I was informed I owed $65. Despite my emails, they refused to adjust my account. Their last message stated no adjustments would be made and referred me to their office in PA, 19406. I never agreed to digital services, and my contract ended with my last payment in Nov. 2020. The billing for unrequested services is unwarranted. They insist on payment for an unconsented digital service conversion.

In 1rst quArter 2019 I did and extensive search for a company I could partner with to bring more visibility to my art and brand as a hairdresser
In 1rst quArter 2019 I did and extensive search for a company I could partner with to bring more visibility to my art and brand as a hairdresser through social media marketing. I interviewed many companies, but ended up choosing HIBU because of what appeared to be high professional standard and result driven clients. I agreed to start an initial campaign of partnership to start for 30 days. To b begin services I had to give them my credit card and they were prompt with assigning me to a strategy consultant. I believe her name was Haley. I discussed at length that my strategy and target audience was on Instagram. She told me that what they do happens part on Facebook and part on Instagram. All the statistics and Return On Investment could be seen on the Facebook Platform. She told me and showed me the ad they produced, however, it was only targeted to audiences on Facebook. I told them I only use instagram and that Facebook is obsolete for my needs. After this time, I told Haley to cancel all services. I was prepared to cut my losses and just try and find a company who could better serve me. During 2019 and part of 2020 HIBU has charged my CITI credit card 2 unauthorized charges. One in the amount of $678.37 and another for $500. I disuputed the charges with the card and initially CITI gave me a conditional credit. However, HIBU claims I entered into a "verbal" contract over the phone for future services. This is ABSOLUTELY not true and their claims of driving more clients to my page and ultimately place of business never amounted to one client. I got zero return on investment and when I thought I had terminated services they continued to charge my credit card for services which not rendered. These so called "ads" to promote me and my services were barely visible on Facebook. A platform which I initially told them I never use.In short, I think this company does not promote transparent business practices and lures people into believing they can grow their business when they partner with them
We had a sit down meeting about a lead generator on 11/24
We had a sit down meeting about a lead generator on 11/24. We were told by the sales rep *** that we would have a web page created and be at the top of *** search. His manager sat in a zoom call by the name of ***. We were not told of a 6 month contract. After reviewing the page we were very unhappy and the social media had pictures of product we would not install because we dont sell that brand. Attached are comments by customer stating the junk equipment we sell. We dont offer *** and told *** to change them and he said he would come to our home to get more photos, he didnt. Asked to cancel within 30 days and l were told no. We requested to have a new sales rep and new sales manager. They cannot find us requesting that over 30 days. Today 3/2 we paid $2160 for no reason except to not hurt our credit. The page was inactive and we received no leads. ***, another manager promised after we paid that our case would be escalated and we have heard nothing from anyone. We put in a claim on Feb 28th for a credit adjustment claim because no services have been offered. ***, customer service denied the adjustment credit stating they were allowed to go live without consent (this was on 3/2). *** from admin collections department said he saw no notes for a request to a new sales rep. *** accountant manager lied to us over and over again. We were told we could cancel at anytime. When we spoke to ***, he didnt care. He was rude and told us we were stuck. Nothing we have been promised as far as leads or service has been accomplished. We just want to cancel and when we couldnt cancel we wanted a credit adjustment. The company will not work with us and we are afraid at the end of 6 months, we will be enrolled for another six months. I would like to part ways and terminate the contract. The only reason the money was paid was to no enter into collections. This is really bad business and I have seen 0 results from HIBU.

In February, I contracted with HIBU to create my website
In February, I contracted with HIBU to create my website. At the time I was told it would take a month to complete. They agreed to respond to website changes within 48 hours. I was also told that the company provided content writers, internet search support etc. I was really happy about the content as I have dyslexia and thought this would be a good way to make sure that my website did not contain errors. Well immediately I realized that as I was sharing content, and the designers were literally puting just copying and pasting information I was shared with tense and other grammatical errors. I pointed this out to the person assigned to me. She apologized and assured me that the issue would be resolved. Well, after a lot of changes, we were finally almost finished in mid April. My team and I made final reviews and submitted them. I received a notice stated that my site was finished and was billed for that month 4/10. When I reviewed the website,I notice that the final changes were not made. I reached out to the person assigned to me, but without success. So after a couple of week without contact, I called the corporate office. I was told to submit my changed via email. The next day I received an auto message stating that due to high volume my response would be delayed. It is now May X XXXX without a call or changes. I had my attorney send a demand letter for refund and cancellation of the contract. I got a call in 6/19 regarding my changes from Hibu. They did finally cancel the contract but continued to bill me monthly. I had several conversations with them. but told that I owned them the monthly fee and they were not going to refund my money and were going to place my account in collections. My site was never published or finished. I am out of almost $1000, and I had to start over losing months of down time and money. Please find details below, which I shared with HIbu:Dear Ms. I have had a number of extensive phone calls with your representatives in which I have disputed the amount of your final invoice for $1500. According to my records, the balance owed is $250. If you would kindly provide me with the appropriate address, I will send this amount to you immediately. Please note the details related to the problems with my account below, included in the attached emails. Regards, *** Details related to disputed invoice. Made initial payment. On 8/30 spoke with Ms. Kayla price and provided her with verbal authorization to bill my credit card $1500 for the Hibu Display Plus product to cover the first month of service, beginning SEPT the fees were deducted from my American Express card on 8/30 (see below). Agreed that total costs would be $4500. We agreed that the cost of the Display Plus product would be $1500 per month for three months ($1500 X 3=$4500). Three payments deducted; balance owed $250. My account was additionally billed $1250 (OCT 11 ) and $1500 (NOV11), for a total of $4,250.00 (see excerpt from credit card statement below). Therefore, the remaining balance owed to Hibu is $250.Conveyed concerns about quality of banners. I corresponded with *** and another representative from your company regarding my concerns about the quality of the banners that had been produced. I sent the template from my own graphic design assets and requested that they be used instead; however, they were never used. I was also told that the woman responsible for the banner had limited capacities. The quality of the banner was inconsistent with my brand image and did not meet my expectations. Delayed launching of video. On September 23, I requested that a representative from the company that designed my video (at a cost of approximately $3500) contact *** because the Hibu technical team was experiencing problems launching my video. Had to conduct my own research for the geographic targeting. My colleague and I spent considerable time researching target data zip codes, a service we had expected Hibu to provide (see SEPT 5, 2019 email.) Expressed concerns about ambiguity of contract. On October 28, I wrote an email to *** expressing my disappointment with the ambiguity in the promotional material for Hibu products and the insufficient feedback on the leads (see attached email).Ad launched. The ad ran for three months and ended on 11/30.Informed Hibu of decision not to renew. After a number of frustrations related to the delivery of services by Hibu, I advised Ms. Price that I would not be renewing my contract with Hibu. *** wrote to me, referencing the fact that we had previously discussed ending my contract. I also wrote her an email advising her that I would not be renewing services. (See attached two emails.) Disputed invoiced amount with Hibu rep via. On December 2, I spoke at length to *** (spelling') in which I outlined my concerns and informed that I was disputing the charges. (I had also previously spoken in depth with another Hibu representative.) At that time, he offered me an additional package at a "reduced" cost. He suggested that I speak with Heidi Lyons (Customer Service) regarding my dispute. On December 11, I wrote to your representative reiterating that my concern that I was being over billed. On DEC 27, *** wrote me back indicating that the "investigation" had revealed that I still owed $1500 (see attached). Do not use this company
Do not use this company. HIBU reached out to my business through one of their sales reps named *** out of *** She claimed that they were a marketing company that specialized in SEO, Facebook, and Amazon based ads. Through alot of back and forth *** pursued me to sign up for her marketing package. She claimed that they could boost our click numbers in 12 different cities located around the United States and also set up a Facebook pixel ID so that we could see how many clicks came from our Facebook account. I was told that her company would need access to my accounts and that they would run a diagnostic to see if their services were even compatible with my systems. She claimed that the diagnostic would take 30 days to complete, and that I needed to sign up through her just to get it started. She told me that the initial sign up was non binding, and that if it did not match up with our systems that I could cancel within the first 30 day time period. I signed up so that HIBU could run their diagnostic on my system and present me with a marketing plan on how to boost my business. After the first 30 days I was told that everything was already set up. I asked for details and nobody could tell me anything about my marketing plan. I was originally told by *** that I would be limited to 12 cities nationwide (of my choosing) so that we could maximize my budget for paid clicks. I was told that they would be using the images that i submitted to them for the ads on Google. I never submitted any pictures nor gave them any cities in which to do any advertising. I asked to cancel and was told that I had signed a 6 month binding contract and that I had no way out of it. Even though they had not supplied me with a marketing plan, advertisements, or even product pictures to use. They claimed to have set up my Facebook Pixel ID, through many calls to their IT department, this was never set up. They proceeded to run ads for me on Facebook and Google. I was able to view these ads and they pulled pictures of my competitors products and used those to advertise my business. When I approached *** and her boss *** about it, I was shrugged off and told that I would have to wait 30 days to have the ads changed. The following month it was the same thing and they continued using my competitors pictures for my ads. When I asked them for the click through data, they did supply it to me through their home portal. I was astounded to see that the number of people that had visited my site was drastically over inflated as compared to the counter that I had installed on my site. When I asked *** about this, she decided not to respond for over 60 days. I approached her boss *** about the large disparity in numbers and he told me "I'll look into it and get back to you." Needless to say he never got back to me. I went as far as to file a complaint within their own company. I got redirected and eventually flat out ignored by their members of customer service. I was told that someone in a different department would contact me and look into my case. I supplied 4 different people with my information as well as my account number and nobody was able to look into or recitify my case. I went to my bank to dispute the charges and I was told that I waited too long and that I was unable to receive any money back. I guess they brushed me off long enough so that my credit card couldn't be charged back. This company lied to me. They did not do anything remotely close to the services their contract even said they would do. They cheated my company out of money and gave me the run around for months on end. I want a refund and I want the public to know how shady they are. Product_Or_Service:

Tried Hibu once and it didn't work for me. Fine, no problem. I canceled the service. Fast forward a few years, I get a random sales call from them. I told him I was not interested. No problem right? The next week, two salesman walked into my shop. They admitted that they were from Hibu, had already been told that I wasn't interested, and were trying to pitch me. I told them again I wasn't interested, and they kept trying to pitch me. Didn't think they were gonna leave, but they did when I told them that I had work to do and then stared them down. I'll tell you what, I didn't have bad feelings before, but there's no way I would do business with a company that tries to force themselves on you like that after I said no.
Cancelling Service I emailed my rep to cancel service, they continued to charge my credit card. I called HIBU and they said they would cancel the service if I would confirm all past payments as valid. I refused and am disputing my credit card bill. This takes my time and HIBU's time. Be careful as HIBU is not trustworthy.
These people are just criminals. My local rep Lauren *** is just a straight up con artists.
They talk a good talk and give you nothing...very sad.
