hiddenlistings.com is a bad company! I was charged for months even though I canceled my subscription.

I never been charged for canceling my sub. How they get away with this? Hidden Listings Corp is a scam. They don't give you what they promise. Their website is hard to navigate and their customer service is terrible. Don't waste your money on this garbage.

Hidden Listings Corp is a weird website. I didn't even know I had an account with them. Their notifications don't even work, which is a bummer. I don't even know how they got my money. This ain't no Section 8, man. I don't trust this company at all. They're terrible. I wouldn't even give them one star.

They took my money without permission! I didn't even sign up for this and they've taken two payments from me (one on July 9th for $29.95 and another today for $49.95). I can't seem to get a hold of anyone to sort this out. Can someone please help me get my money back?

This site is terrible. They offer a trial that you can't cancel because nobody answers the phone, and then they charge over $43 a month for information that's available for free online. It's ridiculous!

I am so mad right now. I done emailed these folks more than once to cancel, but they still charged me for three months straight. I'm disabled and don't have much money, so this is just plain wrong. They need to give me my money back for the last three months since I tried to cancel. I ain't never even used their app or website, so what gives?

I never used Hidden Listings Corp before. I tried to cancel my account every day after the first day, but they kept saying they couldn't find it. I had to call and wait on the line for about 5-7 minutes. When I finally got a person, they gave me all my account info. They had it the whole time, but they made sure to ignore me long enough to take the first $49.60 from my checking account! Don't deal with these people or company! They're a big rip-off!

I signed up for Hidden Listings Corp in July for a 7-day trial at $1.50, then $49.60 per month. I cancelled on 7/17, but was charged $49.60 for the last 6 months, which I discovered on Dec. 8, 2020. I called customer service and spoke to a professional male, who said I needed to speak to his supervisor Kathryn for a refund. After several calls, Kathryn said I had just cancelled two days earlier, which was incorrect. I demanded a full refund of $297 or I would contact the ComplaintsBoard.com. Kathryn offered $148, but I refused. She claimed she had no boss, but I found out on this site that it was Ross Wood. This company is a scam with a 1.2 customer approval rating and 14 negative reviews on the ComplaintsBoard.com site. Don't do business with them. Not even 1 star.

Wow, just scrolling through all the bad reviews, it's clear that Hidden Listings Corp spends all their time recalling when you logged in and stuff like that. All the complaints are about the same thing - the scammy 7-day trial for $1 to get your credit card info and then making it hard to cancel. I fell for it too, gave them my buck, but couldn't even access the site. I emailed to cancel but still got charged $49+. This is how they make their money. Other rental sites are free, but Hidden Listings and Rent-to-Own are all about profit. Imagine how many people get hit with that initial $49+ charge and have to go through the hassle of canceling. I didn't even see one home and got no welcome packet. When you search for them, "SPAM" comes up a lot. Don't waste your money during the pandemic. I should have checked them out first. They don't care about professionalism or ethics. They just want your money. Stop before you fall for the same thing!

I am having the same problem everyone else is i have payed a dollar on March 18 for this service and then they charged two dollars and canceled the service the day before it was going charge me but I am still getting charge for a service I had canceled..

I was signing up for something . Decide not to do it cancel and when I contact them they said nothing will be taking out. But there taking $49.99 plus a dollar . I have sent them a email and they haven't never heard back. There's a lot complained about them.

I never agreed to be charged $49.60. I've canceled, and canceled again just to make sure, but they still charged me. I'm a poor person that's just getting by after losing my job because of COVI-19. I really need this money back, to buy food for me and my family.

I have never signed up for hidden listings and they have taken $49.60 out of my account. And have not been able to contact the company. I have been put on hold for over an hour and a half to be cut off saying to call back at a later time 3 times. I've emailed the company with no response.

I did a 7 day trail on 12/22 for $1 and on 12/26 I sent an email for cancelation and no response since then if I've two other emails to follow-up on cancelation and still no response I tried call the 800 number and it seems the line is disconnected but they have attempted to bill my account for $49.60 atleast 4 times after my request for cancelation during the 7 day trial

I had a seven day free trial with hiddenlistines.com and I cancel on the same day I never knew that they proceeded to take out of my account for 4months until I looked on my statement they never provided me any service at all when I discovered they were taken out of my account I canceled them again because it was nobody to talk to but an answering machine and they kept saying my account was canceled but still billing my card,please help me with this situation they would not stop taken from my account

I have never heard of Hidden Listing until my debit card was locked and I called the bank to inquire why. I never visited Hiddenlisting.com( I check my browser history). I never received any email telling me I have a subscription (I checked my email history also). I don't need or even desire home listing info. I don't know how Hidden listings got my bank account information but from what I read on their Facebook page this is a common practice of theirs. Hidden Listing took two 49 dollar payments from my account and I would like it back.

I have tried to figure out how to cancel the membership before the $1 trail ended. Could not find anything that would help me, including, their so called website. Now, I have been billed $49.60, on Christmas day. I have searched for a site for 3days now trying to get this canceled and my money back. I am a single mom and they took my last $50. The only way I found so far to have it canceled is if you pay for it to be done. I don't have the money. I don't have the money for them to charge me again come next month because I can't find a way to cancel it.

I have NEVER agreed to pay for this website and actually cancelled my search, yet $49.60 was taken out of my bank account on 9/14. This is something I did NOT authorize. I don't know HOW you got my info unless through my samsung account. It is illigal to remove money without consent and I want it returned. I do not care if you don't have record of it, all the more reason to return my money. You now have my address as it was required to write this complaint and I expect a full refund in the mail if you can not return it the way you ILLIGALLY TOOK IT.

My initial contact was for information about a year ago, I became involved in June when I agreed to become a client of Lexington Law to work on my credit. I am still a happy client of Lexington Law today, having cleared up over half of my negative items. What I am completely enraged by is the lack of follow through on the other businesses end. I was to receive follow-up calls, listings for housing. I received nothing. I am again close to being homeless after renting a room on my SSI as I have a 20 yr old daughter in the same position in college online FT, works FT and is my overseer in my finances. The supervisor went on to actually blame Lexington Law! I am dismayed and disgusted at any lack of professionalism.

I signed up for Hidden Listings in December . I was aware of the monthly $49.60 charge when I did so, and that billing would begin "on the hour" seven days from the date I began a $1.00 trial period. In March , having found no "hidden" listings at all, and having found a new residence on my own, I called the company's Toll Free number and cancelled my subscription. This would have been around March 15. In May I was reviewing my credit card statements, and saw that I had been billed $49.60 on April 18. I called Hidden Listings and requested a credit be issued for that amount, as I had previously cancelled the service. Initially the agent did not want to do so, citing the "no refund" clause. I threatened to escalate the issue and eventually the agent agreed to reverse that charge. As of today. July 15, I still have not been issued a credit.

They are posting homes on Craigslist that do not exist on the website. They have a free trial of $1 then its nearly $50 per month. I have no issue with this. The issue for me is that they have a "Cancel" button on your account next to subscriptions. This lulls you into a false sense of security that you will be able to easily cancel before the 7 days. When you click the cancel button a number to call pops up. You'll get routed to essentially a voicemail asking for your info so they can cancel your account. The absurd difficulty in getting ahold of someone to cancel is by design. Companies like Netflix and Amazon are extremely easy to cancel in a few clicks. That's because they provide services that have proportionate value in cost to the service they provide. The fact that you employ people to further convolute an easily automated process makes me sick as a business owner.

I am complaining ahead of time after reading many complaints of people being charged without knowing how and reading of another person who has a similar situation to mine and ended up being charged. I was filling out a scam survey on Facebook to receive a 1000 dollar gift card through "walmart life" during the survey I was asked to put in my name address and phone number and then asked to click on a certain deal to go further with the survey. The deal I clicked on claimed to help with rent to own financing so I clicked it and then proceeded wit the survey. Long story short I backed out of the survey and realised it's all a scam. I then checked my emails and this company was there thanking me for visiting them.I have looked into the company and don't like the reviews If I notice a charge from my bank account of course I will be taking further action. Also hidden listings.com and rentbeforeowning.com are the same company

I signed up for the 7 day trial for $1 in February 3rd of 2020. My bank account was charged for 2 memberships. i cancelled the account as i recall and spoke with cusomer service about the 2 memberships. I hadnt realized that the account was still active and being billed to my card on different days for the months of Feb, March, April, June and July. The billing cycles seen to vary as to nwhen they charge my card. Feb 17th $49.60, March 3rd for $49.60, April 6th for $49.60. no charge for may then again on Jun e 30th for $49.60 and July 31st for $49.60. I hadn't realized i was still being billed for a cancelled account until it negatively effected me by overdrawing my account. I tried calling to cancel on hold for 20 min before automated service said call back. then checking emails i find one from hiddenlistings.com confirming cancelation of account. I never got through to customer service and account was canceled without speaking to anyone. Im not understanding. they bill strange on different days of the month on a service i9 believe i cancelled, then cancel it but wont answer phone so i can find out anything about charges on a closed account

I became aware of this company thru filling out an online survey it required me to purchase a 1.00 7day trial for hidden listings dot com i reluctantly did i was contacted by a represenative either the same day or the next i was told that if i wrre to pay the membership fee of 49.95 then and didnt wish to keep the service that i would recieve a refund in full so i did so then they in turn transferred me to a lexington law group and i spoke to a salesman at legnth i nelieve his name was shawn he tried to get me to commit to a further purchase wich was considerably more and this time i couldnt do it something just didnt sit right. I had every intention of canceling right then and there but something came up and it slipped my mind that is until i reviewed my cerdit card dtatement and seen not one but 3 charges each for a dollar and 2for 49.95 now at this point mind you its only been about 2weeks so im well before the 30 days so i did some research found the customer service number called and madeban inquiry of the charges i was shown on my statement well tje woman barely spoke english had a terrible connection and i was hard pressed to even be sure by the end of my call to know if i had acvomplished the task or what so i gave it a couple days reviewed my account statement oh yeah so when i contacted my bank they required i cancel my card and order a replacement so after a few days i looked at the account and still nothing i really think that these people need to be held accoutable and something be done for them betraying my trustbin them if this is the only way i get justice then so be it but all i have to say iis shame on you hidden listings for having to sink to this type of trickery to het that almighty dollar the money wont make me or break me but the mental anxiety that it has given me is a unneeded burden i really could of did without
