High 5 Games / High 5 Casino review: Turns out they do ban you for false reasons if you redeem too much without buying their packages lol

to preface this, i did my first redemption like a year ago. had issues with kyc and my account being different, support wanted my reasoning for this which i provided. They said "hey that makes sense, accepted!" and have done like 3 redemptions since then.

Just went to redeem a 90$ giftcard and all the sudden im banned, my balance is seized, and its not up for discussion LOL and the reason.. my kyc didnt match my account..

ive since sent them the emails from when i dealt with this previously and they arent even acknowledging any of that just saying its final, sorry! lol

Be warned, it can be good for a while, but this end result is inevitable unless you buy their packages.
