Feel happy
Internet dating is so much easier than meeting people in bars. I don't have much time to go out and waste my time. Hily was the best place I found for meeting men and making contacts. I'm really happy with my choice because this site does work! I've been registered only for one week and I've already gone on 2 dates. I feel happy again and receive attention from really handsome men.
100% review about Hily
My colleague used to tell me so much about Hily but I thought she was just lonely and needed the company until she started leaving the office at 6 p.m. exactly headed out somewhere looking stunning. She told me that she had dates with men from the site and I must try it. You know what? She was 100% right about Hily. I could not wish for more. This is a great place to find a perfect date.
How I started having dates with Hily
I used to think that a dating site cannot give more than a few contacts and keep you a company. Recently, I've changed my opinion since I registered on Hily. I started having real dates with different people. It always feels very exciting before you meet someone in person but I was really glad that I knew who I was going to meet. I used to chat to guys for a couple of days to make sure I want to have a date with a certain person. It always worked out perfect.

Thankful with Hily
The only good thing that I could get from the lockdown was possible because of Hily. I was at the top of my boredom, so I decided to look for a good app to meet people, and that's how I found Hily. It provides an excellent platform to discover new people and also share personal content. But, the best part of all is that, actually, I just started dating someone a couple of months ago, thanks to the matches feature of Hily. I'm forever thankful and I strongly recommend Hily for the ones looking for friendships, dating or just having a good time.
Hily was recommended to me
Looking for a partner on the Internet is much easier that meeting people in bars. If you don't have much time to go out and introduce yourself, then I think a dating site is a good idea. I never truly trusted online dating until Hily was recommended to me. The site is cool and has so many profiles of good-looking girls. I applied my preferences and described what type of a girls I'd like to meet, so now I get shown profiles of girls who match my requirements. All I have to do is to review suggested profiles and start communication. This is a lot easier than I imagined.
Personal and professional
As I asked a question about billing and having no idea the subscription was in my Apple ID and how Hily was taking a payment out from cc she assisted me with a breakdown step be step on how to vie my account and delete it for that matter, as she continues to explain automatic billing.and from that point I was understood on how the whole presses went each month.
Even though it was via text messages I could feel the care and help they gave me.
To making sure I was all set before they session was completed.
Hoe thankful and understanding I knew my answer thank you again for your,
Personal and profecssimal help
Chris
Go foward and feel supported
I broke up some time ago now, and because of the pandemic it was even worst, didn't really have much courage to go out and try to find a new partner, or may be was too soon. The only logical solution was of course trying out dating app well according to my very encouragin best friends, tho I didn't have much hope for them on my own hoenstly. Luckily, Hily has changed my view this far as in just a few weeks I met this really nice guy, and we've been looking foward to finally meet in the comming months I think mostly it was to the support and patience of the support team who honestly, coped with every stage of my situation, but now i a mvery thankful for it. I HIghLY suggest trying it out :D

Beyond disappointing
This is the most heavily monetized "dating" app I've ever experienced. The entire thing is built around funneling you into live streams where you pay money to bid for attention. And the streamers? You can't filter them more local than THE ENTIRE COUNTRY. And the money you spend doesn't go to the streamers, it goes to the app.
Popular users are hidden behind a paywall, you can't focus your dating pool more locally than 31 miles (I live in LA and ran out of prospects in less than a half hour), and nothing works -- you join livestreams to get experience points, but then you can't claim them, it will alert you to new users in your area, then takes you to a livesteam from someone in another country, they say there's a "daily roulette" where you can win premium content, but it doesn't actually exist.
And it's so so fraudulent. You'll get "messages" from other users that take you to their Livestream, but they didn't actually send the messages, the app did. And it's weird, but negative reviews in the Google play store (maybe the app store too) constantly disappear. I've rated it one star FIVE times now and it's always gone within hours. They have a 4.4 star rating, but 9 out of 10 reviews are one star (I guess they can't delete them fast enough).
Everything in and around the app is misspelled which really doesn't inspire confidence. The claims they make on their play store page are so lofty and generic (it is the go-to place to meet locals) and downright absurd when you think about them for a second ? it reads like a fourth grader trying to pad out a paper. My favorite line is "we believe dating can be a path to relationship." It's funny though, because you WILL NOT find a real irl date.
There's something extremely fishy about this app. Every part of it feels like a grift, and apparently one that's kind of working, since people sign up for the free trial and then run into problems canceling, and get charged $15/week for services they claim they can't access. What's more, OKCupid recently retooled their platform to include a live stream function that's EXACTLY like Hily's. I guess they saw the (fraudulent) high rating and "#6 top grossing in dating app" tag and figured it's something people actually like.
Maybe they do. But if you take a stroll through their reviews, you'll have a hard time finding any positive ones, and even harder time finding a positive review where the person sounds like they've actually used the app. You might also notice that the support (or "suppor" lol) team responds to almost all reviews, with just a handful of identical messages that weakly attempt to excuse the glaring problems brought up. My favorite was a guy who said it's got "the worst support team I've ever experienced" and they responded telling him he can always reach out to the "suppor" team.
I had high hopes for this app, based on the overall rating and some reviews, and it has not lived up to ANY of it. What's more, the insidious dishonesty and blatant greed of its design are just so loathsome. This is an app that looks at it's users as marks to be taken cheaply for everything they can squeeze out of them. This app preys on the desperation of people tired of what the other big apps have become and want to try something new. Well it is new, but it's not here to help.

Inadvertent charge. I recently signed up for a Hily account. I was supposed to get a free 3-day subscription to test out their membership. I gladly accepted, and shortly afterward, I was charged $16.04 for the actual membership. I spoke to one of their representatives and they stated that you only get one free 3-day trial per device, which was never mentioned in their terms of service.
I need the charges on my card, which ends with the digits I previously mentioned, to cease immediately. I cancelled my subscription a few days ago. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I need to reiterate the importance of stopping any further charges on my card following the cancellation of my subscription. Once again, I apologize for the situation.
Someone used my credit card info to subscribe. I need Hily to tell me whose email address was associated with my credit card. They've never responded I can provide further info on dates and my emails to them, when I receive a response.

Unauthorized charge. April,15 2020 Hily charged my credit card $16.10 without authorization. I recently joined Hily to take advantage of their 7-day free trial promotion. This dating site after 7 day free trial keeps charging my credit card even though I deleted my profile. They leave no phone number to call them and I deleted my profile and did everything including changing my credit card number and they still charged it for almost 6 months now. With a deleted profile I was not receiving any benefits from this site. They won't help when I finally got a phone number from my cc company because of covid-19 they have no one manning the phones! Horrible company!

Hily corp app has been charging me $32.46 on tusday weekly during the last 8 weeks, losing a total of $259.62 dollars
Hily corp app has been charging me $32.46 on tusday weekly during the last 8 weeks, losing a total of $259.62 dollars. In January 14 I'd downloaded the hily corp app and made a profile. I took the 7 day free trail and i was using the app only for a day due that i got bored of the app, like I did not see any option to cancel the subscription and i thought that by deleting both my profile and the app it would be ok and i was expecting them to charge me for one week of use and will have been fine with that. However, I just recently check my account and apparently they been charging me every Tuesday since then. Adding all the weeks from January 14 to March 10, thay had already charge me $259.68 dollars. I feel like part of this misunderstanding is my fault, however, in my defense I didn't know that i had to cancel my subscription from the ***. I would be glad and thankful if i could get my $259.68 dollars back. If any more info. is needed i could provide it if necessary.
Upon deleting and deactivating account Hily holds payment information
Upon deleting and deactivating account Hily holds payment information. Asked to talk to management, took me asking 2 days for management to talk to me I subscribed for the free week trial to Hily that lasted a week and basically forces you into premium membership. During the trial i realized that majority of the people on there aren't real. There is no mathing "near me" so after paying an extra week which the weekly cost is $16.19 which is ***. To give it the benefit of the doubt because it charged me before my trial was over, nothing changed. I deactivated and deleted my account from the system entirely and deleted the app. After a month goes by I get my bank statement and they charged me every week. After getting connected to customer care they werent to caring. They said they couldnt refund me because the "subscription was over" and i told them that they do not have permission to pull money pull of my account several times. They charged me again the next day. I got ahold customer service again and they said "just becuase you deactivated your account doesn't cancel your subscription" that makes no sense. When i pull my account from their system, they shouldn't be able to hold my bank information. I demanded to talk to the manager and was told that they would get ahold of me shortly. It took me asking several times a day for 2 days for them to finally get a manager to talk to me and they did nothing to resolve the issue.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hily App deactivated my account without true proof or cause of action. My account was deactivated Jan 19th for a non truthful reason and Holy customer service would not help resolve this matter. I was falsely accused of breaking a rule through their app.
I signed up for the premium version a while back. i figured I could cancel anytime. That wasn't the case as I can't seem to unsubscribe from the *** and I keep getting charged. I would like to stop being charged and to possibly get a refund of my last charge
My account was disable because someone reported me as misbehaving, which I have not. I've tried several times of remaking another account and trying to reach out to support live in which they would only disable the new account made. The report that it was "investigated" when in fact I was never investigated only disable. Claims that my accounts cannot be reenable because they have already been disable. How do you disable 3 accounts that where never investigated properly ? As well that they cannot show me where I had done anything wrong. Only someone else's report. This is wrong!
I was advertised a free trial and charged right away
I was advertised a free trial and charged right away. On April 1st, I redownloaded Hily after deleting 5 months ago because their location filter was broken. After redownloading, I was advertised a 7 day free trial. Although I used a 7 day free trial 5 months ago when I first used the app, I figured they were just advertising another free trial to entice me to use the app this time around or maybe to show off some new features. I figured I wouldn't have the option of a free trial within the app UI if I wasn't eligible for a free trial. I went ahead and click on the free trial and the the line item said $0 for 7 days and my first charge would be on April 8th; however, I was charged $16 dollars immediately. I reached out to them to request a refund since I wouldn't have signed up for the free trial if I knew I would be charge and they refused. They were also very rude about it and said I should've read the terms and that I was my fault. I did read the terms, and there isn't anything there that says I'd be ineligible for a free trial if I used on in the past. In addition, they due state in their terms that they offer free trials from time to time. I immediately canceled the subscripion with 5 min of signing up for the free trial. Furthermore, I took multiple screenshots of the checkout process. I have a screenshot of the initial advertisement in the app offering the free trial. I have a screenshot of my checkout stating I would be charge zero dollars until April 8th, which I'll attached below. I have a screenshot of the charge in *** for the 16 dollars and the line item (description) says "7 Day free trial for $0.00." Lastly, I have a screenshot of the their terms that state they offer free trials from time to time. My payment method was *** via *** pay and my *** is ***.
