We been trying to work with this company since 9 Dec 2021. They was assigned to fix a roof leak for the property we renting. But they ain't been paying attention and communicating with us or our property manager. So we had to file a complaint. On Saturday 8 Jan, we got a text from a "D***" from Hire A Pro. They said they waiting for the tech to get back to them about the appointment and they gonna schedule it next week and finish the project. They apologized for the delay and asked if we had any concerns. I called on Monday to ask when they coming this week. They said they gonna call me by end of the day. But as of today 13 Jan 22, still no phone call or response from the text asking for a status! Now there ceiling is leaking in 2 rooms and there mold growing. We told the property manager but they still ain't put no tarp as we asked! So don't use this company!

CONTRACTORS AND HOMEOWNERS ALIKE BEWARE! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They are hit and miss at putting the right Contractor with the right Homeowners. They throw reputable Contractors into jobs (and some unreputable), disrupting their schedules, and forcing them onto unsuspecting homeowners! Personally our best pricing, our discounted pricing was based on Material Down Pricing. We did not receive payment for Material Down Pricing. Despite giving the discount we were forced to pay for materials out of pocket.We were forced to adjust our scheduling to meet theirs! The job that we performed for them was impeccable with photos from beginning to end. We do this for all jobs to meet ALL FOUR POINT INSPECTIONS AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS. This company has "Cried Wolf" to many times! They've had a half a dozen times to get us paid over a piddly little $785.00 when we do Commercial jobs for tens of thousands! I have in my Work Orders that I have a "Zero Tolerance Policy", no matter what! I will have my entire staff and all of my associates look into this company. Which is more extensive than they are aware. In the meantime they will rebuttal as per course, however, I encourage every HOMEOWNER and every CONTRACTOR to contact me directly to begin a "Liable Suit" against this company. I warned this company to do the right thing, they did not (they promised immediate payment if we removed reviews, they did not).
