Hisense review: House and home pavilion branch regarding refrigerator not functional

I have a a problem with Hisense refrigerator and it still under warranty. I complaint with house and home on January 2nd 2023 to get technician to fix the non cooling fridge. I was told they are still closed will open on the 16th January 2023 waited till for 2 weeks till someone came in the beginning of February he fixed it with fail for 5 days in a week. There after further reporting it still not cooling it randomly cool off and on I still cannot use it as it can fail to cool on for over 2 days minimum. When technician come it cooling on that time and they are refusing to assist me further.
