I bought holiday living tree from Lowe's last year. This year I found that some Led bulbs are dead. I contacted Lowe's store, they advised me to contact Lowe's customer service or holiday living customer service.
Holiday living customer service number is fake number it's not true number.
Lowe's customer service tried to connect me to holiday living but I was disconnected.
This is very disappointing. Shame on Lowe's offer 3 years product warranty. But doesn't fulfill the warranty. This is a lesson never buy from Lowe's
Good afternoon, we purchased this tree from Loews a year ago. When we set up,the tree this year,, and very disappointed that the set of lights in the middle barely worked, as you can see in photos, the middle lights are extremely dim,. We went away to visit our children up north for Christmas, when we arrived home , took tree down and brought it to Lowe’s as it remained under warrantee, Lowe’s informed us that to contact holiday tree directly.
