I signed up with Holiday Savers and their partnered team, they promised to send me email offers and a package to my door, never received anything. I had 14 days to cancel from the beginning of sign up. I cancelled on the 8th day and the company said I didn't cancel at all. It wasn't until nearly 8 months later when I was checking my telephone banking and realized that money had been disappearing out of my account. I further looked into it and low and behold they've been taking $17.83 out of my account July-Feb. When I called back Feb 11, 2017 I spoke to a "supervisor" and he said my account wasn't cancelled at all and he cancelled it and would refund me $17.83X8 months and it would take 5-10 business days. I got $17.38X2 returned within 4-5 days. I called back today Feb 27, 2017 and they told me they don't do refunds for anyone. When I asked them to go back and listen to the voice recording on specific dates that I called, I was informed they don't do recording, when I questioned it and said "I thought you do quality assurance recording", the rep wanted to end the call. No satisfaction what so ever! I cancelled and called back to make sure it was cancelled every time they said I didn't call, but I have witnesses every time I've called, the phone has always been on speaker. This place needs to be looked into!
I cancelled the account with Holiday Savers months ago and they stopped deducting the monthly fee of $17.83 for 5 or 6 months and then started to deduct this amount again in June. I sent them an email to stop which they never replied to. How do I get them to stop?
We got a letter in the mail from these idiots, had never even heard of them before. Read the letter and promptly sent letter back saying we weren't interested in their offers and had no use for this type of service. Letter was very clear. Happened to look at our Visa bill six months later and realized they had been stealing $17.63 from us every month. Will deal with their sorry [censored] in morning and make sure Visa is made aware of these thieves so that no one else gets ripped off by these sleazy weasles. I'm pretty sure no one has ever received anything worthwhile
service from them except a deduction from your credit card.

I have cancelled these memberships and refunded the membership fees that were charged as a courtesy.
